Issue was sorted very quickly
I had an issue with the wrong colour boots being sent by mistake. Having said that Customer Service (Tabitha) sorted it very quickly. They kept me informed along the way by email. I re-ordered - my new boots they arrived very promptly and I’m extremely pleased with them. I’ve given Daniel 5 Stars for their Customer Service - because I think this is so vital to get right

Terrible
The boots didn’t fit. I asked for a returns label and even after chasing they didn’t send it. I got a message from the supposed owner promising to get back in touch when his problems with shipping were sorted - didn’t happen. I spent over £300 and never got my money back.

Beautiful Boots!
I ordered two pairs of beautiful suede boots because I couldn't decide which pair I liked best. They were both so lovely I kept them both! Lovely quality and classic style - thank goodness Knee Boots are finally back! Fast delivery and great communication with customer services too - highly recommend.
