Great service. I'd have given 5 stars but one of the pairs of Birkenstocks I ordered was the narrow fit, when I thought I had ordered the standard fit. The detail was in the Key details when you expand it, rather than in the title description or in the Size selection as appears on other company's websites.
They responded really promptly to my email about this purchase, when I queried it. Needless to say I returned them, they refunded me really promptly.

Disappointing
Delivery spot on, shame about my order. Buckle was broke in one of the shoes, like they’d previously been returned and then sold again. To add to the poor review, I’ve got to pay to return a product that’s not as described/faulty, very disappointing.
