Excellent Boots
Very well made boots. Very pleased. I have very slim feet and ankles, others may find it difficult to put on, being too tight. They fit me however lovely. Thank you.

Beware - Boots not listed as slim
Be careful when ordering from Daniel Footwear. I ordered a pair of expensive Boots that were greatly reduced, however when they turned up they were a narrow size - nowhere was this listed when I bought them.
Fortunately they fit well so I will keep them, so I can’t say what their customer service is like. Given my experience and the many negative reviews I would definitely only order via credit card or paypal incase something goes wrong and they try to dispute your claim or try to wriggle out of their statutory rights.

Wrong size in the box
What went wrong, was I ordered boots size 39. Was so excited when the parcel was delivered. I opened the box marked size 39, but the boots were a size 38. I messaged you but you couldn't explain how this happened, apart from you would look into it at your warehouse. I returned the boots and have now got a refund, thankyou. Such a shame because they were just what I wanted.

Do not purchase if living overseas / Poor condition / extremely poor shipping
The boots I ordered were packaged and shipped overseas in a plastic bag... the box was crushed upon delivery and the boots were scuffed and bent and in very poor condition. The company charged me for shipping and I also had to pay the international shipping tariff on top of it, so the boots should have at least been shipped in a cardboard box.
Also, the soul of the boots showed signs of having been previously worn. Do not recommend purchasing from this company.

All of our footwear is dispatched in its original branded box, which is then secured inside protective outer packaging. We would never knowingly ship previously worn footwear, and all items are checked prior to dispatch. Marks on soles can sometimes occur from in-store try-ons or quality control checks, but items are sold as new unless otherwise stated.
Regarding international orders, shipping charges cover the courier service only. Import duties and tariffs are set and collected by the US government and are outside of our control. We do make this clear on our delivery information page and at checkout.
That said, if your boots arrived damaged or in unacceptable condition, we absolutely want to investigate this properly. Please contact our customer service team directly at help@danielfootwear.co.uk
with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, and we will review this for you straight away.
We take feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to look into this further.

Not great to say the least!
This experience has been so bad I am put off ordering footwear online ever again!First pair of boots squeaked, I wore them only a few times so had to send them back, asked for a refund but was given money in an E-Wallet. Have since ordered and returned several pairs of boots, none of which fitted, still waiting to use my E-Wallet but lost hope of getting boots that fit me!
