Do not buy customer service doesn’t exist !
Sent boots massive in size and worked out I paid £8.49 to have delivered and sent back. When I mentioned they sent a boot that’s massive in size they said that’s not a manufacturing error ! I won’t buy again as your customer service is horrendous. Listen to the customer as they make your business. Without them you are nothing. I complained and was credited the £2.50! I was sent a faulty boot and you have not addressed my complaint at all. Ignorant dismissive and below average response.

We are sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with your experience. We would like to clarify that the boots supplied were labelled and manufactured as a UK size 7. While we completely understand that they felt oversized for you, differences in fit between brands and styles do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
We appreciate that paying delivery and return costs can be frustrating when an item does not fit as expected. Although sizing issues fall outside of our manufacturing defect policy, we refunded the £2.50 return deduction as a gesture of goodwill in recognition of your dissatisfaction.
We are sorry that you feel your concerns were not addressed. Your feedback regarding both sizing and service has been noted and passed on internally. We always aim to provide clear communication and fair resolutions in line with our policies.

Boots true to size.
Seem to be good quality, however the pull on tab at back is a thin piece of suede & feels like it will tear or pull off, not an adequate aid to pull on the boots with .
