Good website. Prompt delivery and beautiful boots. Excactly what I was looking for.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in the sale. Sadly, although they are described as being premium leather, they are lower-quality leather that is pieced together with chemicals and the cheapest kind of leather. Easy to tell as they smell, feel and look like plastic. They were also very hard. This just seems to be the Daniel own brand footwear. I have had several pairs of other makes and always great quality. So disappointed as the style is great but would rather pay more for a quality leather. Acceptable in the sale but for the full price of almost £200 they should be the best leather.

Wouldn't have posted a review if I hadn't had a link requesting it. I ordered a pair of boots from Daniel Footwear. Not suitable. Returned them. £2 delivery return cherge. No problem. But only refunded the original cost of boot and not the original delivery charge. Had to email in to inform them consumer rights states for online orders that if you return the item, you are also entitled to the orinsl postage charge. They did refund it and said they only refund the postage 'on request'. No, it's consumer legislation! Hate companies that try to blag customers

The staff in this shop are so rude and impolite. If you do not like working on Sunday then do not do the job.
My experience was in Harrogate on Sunday the 14th December. I initially asked to try on two pairs of boots . I had to approach the assistant. She then went to see if my size were available. She came back and said we only this one in a 4 no apology. Throughout the whole process of my chase not once did she say please or thank you. When she handed me my receipt she said there you are. She clearly did not want to be at work on a Sunday!!!I was served by Charlotte at 13 54pm.
I then went around the corner into Ruffords and purchased a coat and my shopping experience was completely different.

I bought a pair of boots expecting a top quality product. Unfortunately one of the zips broke and since this was outside of the 6 months warranty, thecompany wouldn't help me! A zip breaking is a manufacturing issue not a wear and tear issue! For these prices I would expect more!!

The product itself is good and I have no complaints about the boots. However, the shopping experience was very disappointing. I paid €13 for shipping and, once the package arrived in Spain, I had to pay an additional €25 in customs fees, which was not clearly stated during checkout. This information only appears in the fine print of the terms and conditions, which is not transparent for customers.
Be careful, especially if the items are shipped from the UK, because you may be charged around 25% of the product’s value in customs fees upon delivery. It’s a shame, because the product is nice, but the lack of clarity regarding extra costs means I wouldn’t purchase again.

These are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn in my life. I got them for £65 on Daniel footwear site but still at £104 on the Moda in Pelle site. Might order them in another colour ⭐️ ⭐️

Good communication, kept updated, and it’s so nice when something arrives when the company says it will. Well done. An excellent pair of boots, exactly as described and extremely comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
