Factor in postage costs
Delivery was fast.
As I decided to return the boots, I'd had to pay £5.75 for delivery, then another £2.00 to return (deducted from the refund). This is all clearly stated on the website so was expected, but this might put me off ordering from them in future for an item that I'm not sure is going to fit etc. The refund was processed in a timely manner.

Do not waste your money
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought some Miista boots from here after saving for a while, only for the leather coating to peel away after 2.5 months of wear. The customer service contacted Miista and I was told that it was that it was just general wear and tear and so would not be offered a replacement or repair… sorry but this is shocking considering the price of the shoes £200+. Usually when I see bad reviews I just think they are the minority, but yeah absolutely do not waste your money even if you like the design.

Fast stress free order and delivery. After hunting high and low found my Gorgeous boots on here, but unfortunately they were too small. 😢 would definitely use again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Stole my 15 year old’s birthday money!!!! He was so excited ordering his timberland boots and waited anxiously for delivery and it’s been over 3 weeks now with no sign of delivery! We rang them up and lady said she would look into it and call us back…. But nothing! The boots were so expensive too. Disgusting service from what is supposed to be a reputable company.

We have looked into this for you and can see that the delivery was rearranged by the recipient to be collected from a local Post Office. Unfortunately, the parcel was not collected within the courier’s time frame, and the delivery then failed and has now been returned to us as “Return to Sender.” This is why it has not reached you.
As soon as the parcel arrives back with us, our team will process it immediately and contact you to arrange either a refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.

Unfortunately the wrong boots were sent in the original delivery. But when I phoned the company I got through to customer services quickly. They quickly sent through a return code. I was able then to take a photo of proof of postage and the replacement boots were immediately sorted.

Excellent company
No other companies were selling the boots I wanted cheaper than Daniel Footwear. Delivery was quick and I had excellent customer service from Lisa. I’d definitely purchase again from this company

Beautiful biker boots
Beautiful biker boots in a lovely chocolate brown suede. Very comfortable. Only second time of wearing on a 3 day trip to London. 40k plus steps and no rubbing or blisters. True to size, toe box not too narrow for broader feet. Quick delivery so overall positive experience.

We would require you to kindly return the item to us using the Returns Form in with your delivery.
If you are in the UK, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/6532 to generate your returns label. Please do not worry if you don’t have a printer, as the Post Office can scan the QR Code from your phone.
Please be aware that we do not cover cost of return on orders placed outside of the UK. However, we can organise a collection for your parcel and deduct the cost from the return. If you would like to use this service please let us know. If not, we advise using https://parcelbroker.co.uk/ for quotes on shipments to the UK.
