ABYSMAL AFTER SALES SERVICE
This company provides abysmal service,and has a history of lax and casual commitment to customers. Have had repeated problems with a CD50 air con unit . Had to go thorough a ridiculously elongated online process to get a quote for repair - which turned out to be incorrectly diagnosed. When I finally got to talk to someone they then sent out a revised quote which I had to pay first before they would book an engineer.
Three weeks late I am still awaiting the engineers visit! Avoid this company!
