Disappointing experience
Unfortunately I would not recommend Dapper Dans, not from my experience. Where do I start, we went in booked an appointment for my groom his groomsmen, best man and father of the bride, they gave us the wrong time so called chasing us up on the day but we were going on the time they gave us. Then at the try on they were unable to try on the suit we wanted, one of the groomsman tried a suit that still had stuff in the pockets yet they claimed the suits had been cleaned. Lets just say after this I was wary when we came to collect the suits, when we did collect the suits the best man had a pair of trousers with a dodgy repair in the underneath and one of the groomsman had the wrong size trousers, which were also dirty ( something sticky down the side ). Morning of our wedding the best man went to change his trousers and the groomsman. The new pair for the groomsman had a dodgy zip so we had to safety pin it in place so it didnt come down, this also happened to the groom later in the day. The suits are very worn. We hired the shoes, they claimed to have polished them, I cant believe it. I appreciate they are worn but they were covered in scuffs that did polish up but we had to do that. Overall a disappointing experience. When we returned the suits and spoke to the girl in the shop about the issues she clearly wasnt interested and just changed the subject. I also appreciate everyones standards are different but I will not recommend based on my experience.
