I didn’t get a tracking number for my…

I didn’t get a tracking number for my package. I ordered a bag from your company on October 26. I received an email on November 3rd saying it was shipped. Now it’s the November 16 and I still didn’t get my bag. Order #10050. When will I get my bag??

Hi Mimi,

Our delivery service, Royal Mail, aim to deliver to the Rest of the World from the UK, by 5 - 7 working days, however we can not guarantee that it will be within this time frame, as it is out of our hands.

Due to picking "International Standard" at checkout, a tracking number is not available for this shipping type.

If your order has not arrived by next week, please give us an email and we can either sort out a refund or a replacement.
