Items received quickly and in excellent condition; well packaged to avoid damaging them. The delivery company may have slightly dented the box, but everything inside was in perfect condition. Will happily deal with again.

Overall I had a good experience with Dark Side Toys but I did have couple of issues. My toys where packaged well which is essential with collectors items so that was good but one of the toys box's had a small crease in the corner which is dissappointing because then the toy cannot be resold if I wanted to as Mint (I never take my toys out of the box by the way). They say that slight damage to toy's packaging is normal and they don't exchange or refund for this so if ur a Mint in the box collector like me u may want to avoid Dark Side Toys. Other company's that I've dealt with eg Star Action Figures have never ever sent me a bad toy or box so I mainly shop with them but Dark Side have some hard to find Star Wars toys so I decided to shop with them, this being my first time. Another problem I had was with the website and how they list Pre-Orders and In Stock Items. I found that after ordering something that I thought was in stock turned out to be a Pre-Order and I swear that it was really hard to understand if they actually had it in stock or not or if it was a Pre-Order, (not had this problem before with any other company) as it's always been clear, so it can't be me being dumb. Just be careful when ordering or u might find that you won't get ur toy for a long time, eg 2 months like me. The last thing is that they charge Up-Front for Pre-Orders and others like Star Action Figures don't, so just be aware. In conclusion I would shop with these guys again but unfortunately they charge a bit more than others and I found the website a bit confusing when it comes to if they actually have what I want In Stock or if I'm Pre-Ordering Hope this helps someone.

Ordered for the first time this month. The price on the figures I ordered was too good an offer to pass on so I took the plunge and didn't regret it. Figures arrived quickly and in case-fresh condition. I'd definitely use Dark Side Toys again.

Only one gripe... I wish I had found the site earlier... so many things that I would've bought if they hadn't already sold out!!!
