Had a case that took 6 months to complete due to them going out of business.
On behalf of my father I instructed Hayley Ruckin of Darlingtons Solicitors to advise in respect of a new will for my father and draw up the document for execution. Hayley was informative, knowledgeable and patient with numerous questions thrown at her. The final document was ready for signature very swiftly. Hayley is efficient, sympathetic and I highly recommend her.
Excellent service from Sue and Nicohola. Great client experience
Paul Levy provided us with guidance in preparing a property contract, he was efficient and quick to respond to our requests.
I would thoroughly recommend Darlington's. Anushka dealt with my case with understanding, efficiency and promptness from start to finish.
David Rosen at Darlingtons is very fast to understand your situation and to synthesize, to simplify your case. He deals your problem in a holistic way and with high professionalism, manages with high humanity your painful and distressed situation. He makes very clear in your mind what is a problem and what is not. He relieves you of useless burdens.
David taught me a lot during our meetings and hearing. He has been more than my lawyer and my adviser.
I thank David for his generosity in time at anytime of the day and the night, in advice, comfort and everything.
David will always have my gratitude to have resolved our case in such an amazing manner and in such a short period of time, shorter than he said it would likely to happen. He made me win my case in one shot! My review is not exhaustive but I wish it is clear enough to help you to choose Darlingtons, a very professional and efficient house.
Shmuel took over my case from another conveyancer I had been using with a very tight deadline for filing my case to tribunal and I'm exceptionally appreciative with the efficiency of this work and the understanding of my situation.
Following this he kept me abreast of all ongoing developments as we applied to land registry tribunal for determination of my lease premium and was very clear about what each stage entailed, what it was likely to cost and potential outcomes.
Happily at the 11th hour no tribunal was required to sit and the agreed lease extension was resolved by Shmuel quite professionally.
For a professional and IMO cost efficient converyancer who can handle any part of a lease extension process I would absolutely recommend this firm and Shmuel specifically

We have used Darlingtons Solicitors several times over the last 5 years. We used them to buy and sell a commercial lease and found them very professional. Recently we have extended a lease on our flat and then sold and bought properties. Nicola Bentley was the solicitor who dealt with the lease and selling/buying of the properties. We found her to be professional, always available and very friendly throughout. Everyone that works with Nicola is a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend Darlingtons as they keep you informed throughout what can be a very stressful process
