Horrific employees, I've never seen more impolite, lazy, agressive people. They REFUSED to do a job that they are paid to do and this was my last visit there.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
You can't find worse THAN DARTY!!!!

I ordered and paid a washing machine with a confirmed delivery day including installation and their collection of the old machine. After having spend a long time filling out numerous questions received I received a final confirmation with everything in best order. However a couple of minutes later I received another mail stating that unless I wanted the new machine to be dumped on my doormat without installation and the promised collection of the old machine, then I should change my choice of delivery date due to the Corona virus.
Had Darty only given this information at the very beginning then I would not have ordered the machine in the first place and saved a lot of time.
After that I cancelled the order, but only by a 20 minutes wait on their socalled service line.
Darty lost both the business and also a customer due to their lack of professionalism.

I purchased a Dlan 500 WIFI connector in August 2017 which carries a 2 year guarantee. It suddenly stopped working a couple of weeks ago for no good reason. I telephoned Darty several times with promises that someone would return my call and appointments were made but not kept by Darty. Eventually someone did return my call and when I explained the problem he just said there was nothing they could or would do and disconnected the call. I tried emailing them but the email address that I eventually found on their website does not work so i wrote a letter to them and basically they will do nothing. Only purchase an item from Darty if you are willing to lose your money if it does not work or goes wrong
