Poor communication and management
This is the third time our order has been delayed, with no explanation, until the 13th hour.
I called to inquire about the order not being shipped and the representative told me I can always go into my account and change the delivery date. Not the answer to my inquiry. At 6:30pm the same day, an email was sent out letting customers know that due to production issues all orders were delayed.
The product is great, but how the company handles problems is terrible. They should have sent that email two days prior.
This is not transparency, it's trying to clean up a mess.

Confident that my Bernese Mountain Dog…
Confident that my Bernese Mountain Dog is getting the best diet. He’s been getting Darwin’s since he was 1 year old and he is now 10 years, 2 months old and not displaying any older dog symptoms. No eye problems, hearing still good and easily goes upstairs.
