Better keep your money
I recently made a reservation at this German hotel, while the property itself is nice, I was very surprised by charging my credit card 100% of the stay upfront on the same day I made the reservation, 3 month prior to arrival
There was no warning during the booking process that the full amount would be charged immediately. I was expecting either a standard pre-authorization or payment upon arrival, as is common with many hotels.
Other issue is when tried to call then in order to get my money back, few times no reply, and it’s a 5 stars hotel.
Finally they replied my emails, however, I had to call and email them over 9 times in order to just get my money back, unbelievable.
Overall, the hotel looks good on the web, but do not apply credit card details.
