First time I’ve been into a Rolex dealership,I’ve always thought they looked a bit intimidating.Well I was wrong,Ben Arnold at the Manchester branch couldn’t have been any better, he dealt with me on my level and made the whole journey a great experience.Just wait for the hand over,they really do know what they are doing nothing stuffy just special.

My horology passion has been with me for many years and my relationship with DMR for cira 10 of those. The journey has always been a pleasure but my most recent purchase with Hugo took it to another level. His expertise, professionalism and knowledge of the time piece is question was fantastic. Provided a great overview of its history and was also patient with me allowing to try on other models.
Hugo is a real asset to DMR and it’s the only place I would purchase from as the experience was second to none……also their coffee is banging!

I pre booked my appointment couple days before i was due to visit the showroom in Canary Wharf to explore the Rolex Datejust variation as i have always dream of owning and cherishing one .

On arrival i was greeted by lady called Mel.
Mel looked after me throughout my visit and provided outstanding customer service. absolutely friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure i felt welcomed and valued. She showed me a similar model i also express and it happen to show one of the model i quite liked and explained some of the technical aspect of the watch before registering me. Hopefully i will get the surprised call sooner or later as i can't wait to get this on my wrist and enjoy.

Lastly a big thank you to Mel for her exceptional service. She is a real credit to DMR, and i would recommend anyone who is interested in different watch brand as they don't just sell Rolex but different brand too and jewellery. So get yourself down there and visit the boutique as all staff are great and accommodating.

I have recently visited DMR Canary Wharf to enquire and purchase my engagement timepiece. The entire team and especially Baron treated me with utmost care and professionalism on all of our interactions and communications during the purchase process.

Even though I decided in the end to proceed with a different timepiece to the one I submitted my interest and deposit with DMR as I found it a more appropriate engagement option, Baron has been very respectful of my choice, completing the refund of the deposit amount immediately, with the same attention and professionalism.

I will certainly proceed with the acquisition of the Rolex Explorer in the near future from DMR Canary Wharf, and I will certainly be reaching out to Baron to complete the purchase this time around.

What a credit to the business.....Bryan Fernandez in the Manchester store went above and beyond in relation to my enquiry for a gift for my sons' 21st Birthday. His knowledge of the product is second to none, from the moment I popped in to the store on the off chance of just seeking some input his warmth and charisma shone through, to the second visit a few days later with the whole family we came away enthused and we not only ended up giving him an order for my son and my also for my daughters 21st in 3 years time!
