I'd like to give a good review but it wouldn't be honest.
I was given 3 x delivery dates for my crash mat which were all missed through no fault of my own.
I took a day off work for the first arranged delivery date, but the item didn't arrive.
I then changed the delivery address to my workplace for the second arranged delivery date (as I couldn't get more time off work)...but the item didn't arrive.
I was given a third delivery date but the item didn't arrive.
I had also arranged a van for those occasions to be able to transport the item to my house from my workplace, so that added to the ever escalating frustration and inconvenience.
Davies Sports did explain that the issue lay with a third party, which I understood, but that didn't eliminate the problem.
In all fairness, I do feel that the staff in customer service did all they could to try to deal with the situation, so I cannot fault them.
They refunded a small sum of the item as a good will gesture, but it has definitely put me off ordering a large item from them again in the future.

Never actually received the product or…
Never actually received the product or parcel. No tracking was provided & when I asked for it afterwards they said they do not have the tracking but it was received for by someone not with my name! This was not a cheap item. I paid for delivery under the order contract of a couple working days and it took weeks with no communication to supposedly be dispatched then no further information given.

Perfection at its best
I ordered a scoring matt for our indoor kurling set. The website was easy to use, an invoice marked paid was emailed almost straight away and delivery was prompt, what's not to like. If u see it and you want it....buy it, you will not be disappointed!
