I’m very grateful to Dawood and Tanner for their care. They are professional, kind and reassuring. Dr. Dawood’s treatment options were most helpful and I am glad that I followed his advice on the best course of action.
Dr. Susan Tanner’s expertise and empathy throughout my course of treatment were wonderful. I’m also grateful to hygienists Elena and Taz for their specialist dental care.
The Dawood & Tanner team are kind from the moment you step through the front door and are given a friendly greeting. My thanks to Hannah in Dr. Dawood’s surgical team, delightful Svetlana who assists Dr Tanner, and kind Millie Gunthorpe who makes the appointments. They all made me feel welcome and cared for. And I love my teeth now!

They were able to get me in immediately for a very infected tooth extraction. Amazingly professional staff and approach. I was in some pain over the weekend and was able to quickly / easily speak directly with the dentist to addressed and solved the issue within 5 minutes on a SUNDAY! Follow-up was great, thorough and professional. Highly recommend

I don't usually give a 5 star review, but I have to say that I have been exceedingly impressed with my experiences with Dawood & Tanner. They are not cheap, but in my view worth every penny.

All my experiences at Dawood and Tanner have always been positive. When I started my Invisalign journey a good year ago. I was lucky enough to have Almas as my „boss“ who explained the whole process in great detail and with great expertise. Her work is beautifully detailed and expertly carried out. During her work she also trains her assistants in a calm and kind way even her instructions weren’t carried out in exactly the way she intended to.
Almas has a fantastic personality and great sense of humour while always attending to her patients in the most considerate way. She even put Vaseline on my lips during treatment as my lips had become very dry. I had never experienced such a gentle touch.
Thank you Almas and Svetlana who was an expert at knowing what Almas needed before she had to ask.
Looking forward to seeing you again.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and after some extensive research i decided to choose Dawood and Tanner to start my Invisalign Journey, and i was not disappointed! The entire process was explained extremely well by my orthodontist Dr Almas, assisted by Delove. They were both very understanding about my needs and clearly explained what could be realistically achieved (given i had fixed braces as a child). I really appreciated that and it helped to manage my expectations from the outset given the costs involved . 2 years on, I’ve completed my treatment and im ecstatic with my results ( and happy to smile ear to ear) Highly recommend D&T professional and knowledgeable staff - 5 stars

I feel so lucky to have found Andrew Dawood and the lovely nurse Hannah. The team are amazing. Each and every one of them looked after me through a difficult procedure. A year on everything has settled and I feel grateful for the expertise and care that I received. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fiona MacKillop, my periodontist and Taz, my hygienist have looked after my teeth for years and without these brilliant experts I definitely would have lost teeth and suffered hugely.
Fiona MacKillop recommended I see an oral surgeon recently as she suspected there was something wrong with my gums and the skin in my mouth.
To explain for 1.5 years since the 4th Covid vaccine I have been suffering very debilitating external skin diseases .
I have seen many dermatologists without any results or cure .
Finally Professor Fedele following several biopsies diagnosed Lichen Planus an autoimmune disease that has been triggered by the Covid vaccine.
This has led to further investigations where Lichen planus has been detected in other areas of my body.
Without Fiona’s prompt referral I would still be suffering and none the wiser as to what is wrong with me.
Possibly without treatment it could have turned cancerous.
I am hugely grateful and so lucky to have had such advanced skills and thorough treatment at Dawood and Tanner .
It is an extremely advanced practice and the staff and kind, yet exemplary and efficient.
Fiona and Taz have saved my teeth and possibly my life.

Fiona Mackillop is the best dentist I've ever had the luck of finding, not only is she exceptional at the art of dentistry she is also extremely warm, kind and has made me feel so cared for over the 7 yrs of being her patient. Ive had numerous teeth extracted, I've had bone grafts and implants and recently Fiona fitted for me a gingival veneer which is a sculpted piece of total genius, if you have receding gums and want to bring them and your smile back to life go see Fiona and ask about Gingival veneers . Elena is also one of the best hygienists, just another brilliant woman on the team. This team brought me back from the brink of losing all my teeth and I am forever grateful to them, I trust their work implicitly .

I am extremely nervous of any dental treatment, but since joining this practice my only regret is not joining the practice earlier.
Fiona, Jenny and the team, have worked with me to improve my dental hygiene, and used their expertise to save teeth that I could of lost, and where needed, implants and bone repair. They fully explain any work required, arrange sedation for me and after care and support. I cannot recommend Shannon and Begonia (the two dentists I have seen here) more highly. They both exceeded my very high expectations. I found Shannon via recommendations when I had a broken tooth that one dentist had previously repaired not so well, so it broke some more. It had been described as unfixable, and in need of root canal work. Shannon saved most of the tooth, and today, it feels as good as new. Begonia is helping solve my snoring issues with a mandibular device and has been really excellent. Even Chloe, the hygenist, was brilliant and taught me things I did not know despite being 50! A really together team, and one where, despite being busy, I can always find an appointment or reach one of them for help, no matter where I am in the world.

Six months ahead of time, I had booked a check up appointment with Fiona, our regular dentist. The appointment was for my daughter who attends University in the US and is in London infrequently. Two weeks before I got a call saying Fiona would be away on holiday and the appointment needed to be cancelled (clearly her holiday was booked well in advance but no one cared to inform us). This was an issue as my daughter was only in London for 2 weeks. After much insistence, she was was able to see another dentist at the practice. At the re-scheduled appointment, she was told she had many teeth with decay. She has seen Fiona annually her whole life and a hygienist 2x each year. This was a shock and no explanation was offered. It took over a month, after endless calls to the practice and countless emails, to receive a 'treatment letter'. In spite of the long wait, it was vague and it took another month to get the information I required on exactly which teeth had decay and what the recommendations were. It is now been 10 weeks, I tried to book appointments over the Christmas break when my daughter is next in London and Fiona has no time for the follow up treatment, we are once again left hanging.
I am shocked by the manner in which we have been treated.
I have spent countless hours merely seeking to understand my daughter's medical situation and there has been no sense of care. It was suggested that Fiona and I speak on the phone for 10min at agreed times. In both instances, she did not call as scheduled. I am beyond disappointed and shocked by the lack of care and professionalism

I recently had dental treatment with Fiona at Dawood & Tanner, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Fiona has a very warm and friendly approach that immediately put me at ease. And with her level of knowledge, professionalism and experience, I felt very confident that I was in great hands.

Most importantly, I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Due to an accident in my youth, I have experienced a lot of cosmetic dentistry work over the years and as someone who smiles a lot and needed my three front teeth replacing, I was really hoping for a nice natural looking outcome. I’m happy to say that the results are great, I’m often complimented or even stopped by strangers in the street who comment on my ‘lovely teeth’ so I really couldn’t be any happier.

I can’t recommend Fiona and the team at Dawood & Tanner highly enough, thank you!

After much research into implants, I decided to go to Dawood and Tanner. I first met Dr Andrew Dawood, who explained in detail the procedure. He put my mind at rest as he knew all the questions a new patient like me would have before I even asked them. I was so confident in Dr Dawood that I would have gone ahead that day. A few weeks later, I had the procedure. Everyone was very attentive and caring. I felt no pain and was completely relaxed. Later that day, I saw Dr Susan Tanner for the bridge design work, which I had fitted later that day. I came out on day one with new, albeit temporary teeth, which I was delighted with. I had a few more appointments with Dr Susan Tanner to design and refine the final set of teeth for me in porcelain. She created the bridge work like a true artist. My last bridge was fitted, and my teeth look like a million dollars. I can smile wide with no gaps, and these natural-looking teeth are far better than anything I had before. I would do this again without hesitation with Dr Andrew and Dr Susan at Dawood and Tanner.

I went to Dawood & Tanner clinic March 2021 to have a consultation for a failing restored dentition with an exceptional broad and visible smile. Nearly every tooth was poorly restored and failing. This was done at another clinic abroad.
I decided to go to Dawood & Tanner after I saw how they helped my brother Albert 4 years ago, when I was going with him at almost every appointment for a full upper arch treatment.
Both Susan & Andrew had to see me twice at first and explain everything in detail in a very calm manner before I made my decision to go ahead with the treatment. They gave me time to think and take a second opinion from other dental clinics as I was very scared to start the treatment.
Also all the nurses , technicians, hygienists and receptionists were very friendly and caring.
In every appointment I felt very welcome and very well looked after.
I have finished my treatment beginning of July 2022, from which I am very happy with my new teeth.
They not only transformed my broad smile to a beautiful one but made me feel healthier.
The implants cost, but they don't say for no reason you get what you pay for.
