my elderly mum ordered a dress through the catalogue not online as doesnt own a computer, arrived 3 months later, cheap chinese tat material steer clear!
now unknowingly shes ordered a pair of summer shoes 17th June £26.49 and hasnt recieved them zero communication what a shower of shi@

Company is breaking the law, stay away from them!!

Months ago I all of a sudden started receiving 10 emails every day from them, although I’ve never signed up for anything! I honestly have no idea how they got my email address and I cannot opt out of them, neither get hold off anyone in order to delete my account. This is breaking the law, GDPR doesn’t allow that. It is making me so angry I really want to sue them!!!

Such a dodgy company, stay away from them.

Is anyone alive at Daxon?

For over a week now I have been sending emails to Daxon asking for help to register an account - the registration form keeps telling me that the post code (which I have had for over 10 years) is incorrect. No response at all. Upon reading the reviews and based on my own experience, I am having second thoughts about pursuing the matter.

Payments

Cannot get a reply over phone my bank will not accept the numbers they give to make payments what am I supposed to do. They write me letters so why if they want my money they cannot give correct information or someone answer the phone

Good Ordering Process but poor products

Used to use Daxon quite a bit and products were always reasonable for the price. However the last 2 orders I have placed have both been returned as standard of products was extremely poor for the money. Good ordering and delivery process but not now worth the risk of being left to pay delivery on returned items. Won't be using again. There are better companies with good processes and far better items.

Do not Use

ordered a coat online, payment taken immediately, then nothing, and I do mean nothing. No coat,no e-mail nothing.
That was up until a month later, when daxon e-mailed me , asking me to rate the service I had received !!!!
TO BE AVOIDED.

Terrible service

Ordered two items from this website a few weeks ago. I received a confirmation email shortly after submitting my payment details and that was the last I heard from them. These items were presents and were due to be delivered 5 days ago. This morning nine days after I placed the order I received and email saying both items were now out of stock so I would not be receiving my delivery anymore. Very slow and very poor service and i certainly won't be using this company again.

Appalling customer service

I ordered a coat and confirmation received.After 8 days of no communication I sent an email and was informed that the coat was not available and that the order was cancelled.An apology was only received after a very curt separate email informing me of the cancellation and only after I had chased it.
I certainly would not use this company again and advice others to avoid it at all costs.

No communication when no stock, no refund!

I ordered a coat and had to chase it up with an email as I had no dispatched notification to be told they had no stock (no apology message letting me know prior to me chasing) and no refund offered?!

I am now fighting for a refund.

Do not use!

Poor Service

I was a customer for years until back in the summer ordered a dress waited & waited & then I contacted them about my missing order only to be told that there was no stock of that dress & there was no more coming in & they had not even bothered to let me know. That was it I take them to take me off their books. I will never buy from them again.

Customer support terrible

E-mail customer support not only lacking, but just about absent. they will not read the messages they are sent; they will pick up a key word ans send you a standard reply based on this key word. Even if it is utterly irrelevant. Don't expect more than one reply a day. Don't expect repeating yourself to work either. All in all, a terrible experience.
