I will absolutely never use this site again - total scam…
I will absolutely never use this site again! We booked the hotel for my 82 year old parents to spend some time in there while waiting for their flight. The site said that the room will be available from 10 to 4 and that there is a shuttle that will take them to the airport (the room was booked a day in advance). When we got there, the hotel said that the room will only be available from 2 pm! Also, there is no shuttle and they wanted to charge my parents 5 euros more than the advertised price for only the two hour stay - in other words, they wanted more for 2 hours than the advertised price was from 10 - 4!
