Arrived on time and were perfect as usual. Will definitely order again when we need to change the backdrop for Santa.

Firstly, the product is great - really good quality material, good instructions on how to use, well packaged, no problem with fold lines at all on our backdrop.

Should also say that they were great at keeping me updated re progress of my order with courier. I had a tight deadline and pleased to say the order was delivered 24 hours ahead of schedule.

I would definitely use them again

I am so delighted I found this company and have used them twice now and been delighted on both occasions. I was unsure of the delivery time on the second occasion and so I contacted the company by email. They responded immediately and gave me the information I needed, plus the delivery was on time as it was the first time around. The quality of the backdrops are amazing. I ordered the first one to fill a blank wall in my new fresh flower studio and the comments I have had from customers is amazing. It is also a brilliant backdrop to picture my flowers in front of. I decided to purchase a cosy festive one to change for the festive period and just put it up yesterday. I am just delighted with it and think I will get a lot of comments from customers. Thank you so much. It is brilliant to be able to order to your size required and some may think they are slightly on the expensive side, but I feel it is definitely worth it, you get what you pay for and as I say the quality is just brilliant. I would definitely recommend this company and am sure I will use them again.

I ordered two backdrops for Halloween for background decoration and those were a big hit. The quality was really great and everyone loved to take photos in front of them. Also, their customer service is fast and helpful.

Great product

Took weeks to ship and color of one was very faded, unlike image shown on website. Selection looked promising but will not be ordering again due to quality concerns and slow shipping times.

Backdrop is beautiful and shipped in a timely manner. Would recommend!

I came across this site and absolutely love all of the backdrops. I ordered two Christmas backdrops because I couldn't decide on just one. The wrong tracking number was originally provided to me, but they quickly resent the correct tracking number after communication and rushed the shipping on it for me. I received the backdrops a couple days later and absolutely love them. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again.

I still haven’t received my order, it hasn’t moved from the Illinois hub and I can’t get a response from anyone on when I will receive it. Not a good thing for a first time purchase.

The item is nice however the courier company they use is terrible

I recently photographed a military reunion at a large hotel. In addition to group photos, customer wanted more formal photos of the couples. I looked at many companies before finding the perfect backdrop pattern with Dbackdrop. It is a dark blue old masters pattern which blended with the carpet of the venue perfectly. I was a little concerned because the price seemed too good to be true. When the backdrop arrived, I gave it a quick was and dry following the instructions printed on the back of the backdrop to reduce the fold marks. I have never used a backdrop material like this before. I have used canvas, muslin and Savage paper. For convenience for a location shoot, the Dbackdrop polyester has them all beat! It is very lightweight, yet the pattern photographed just like the illustration on their website. I will be a return customer.

I ordered a custom printed from my submitted artwork & sized 10ft x 15ft backdrop, I submitted my artwork, got the proof back in a short amount of time, received the order within a week from the date I ordered, I couldn't be happier, this printing is perfect, it actually looks better than I anticipated, I cant wait to use it.

This company absolutely nailed it the first description I gave them for my backdrop, was perfect, quick delivery, also the material they used is amazing washable , last me forever I totally recommend this company for your backdrop.

The backdrop is very pretty but it had a small white spot in the middle of the sheet music and I had to try and fix it. It is not as noticeable but it can still be seen if someone looks close. Other than that I am happy with it.
