Extremely Dissatisfied With My Order Experience
I would never order from this company again. I placed a rush order on August 20 for a backdrop, clearly noting that I had an event and needed the item within 6–8 days. That was the reason I paid for a rush order.
Today is September 10, and I still have not received my order. My event has already passed, and the item is now useless to me. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am not a happy customer at all.

Unfortunately is one Star because there’s no zero stars. I had purchased backdrop before, same address, same name. I never received my backdrop because they THEY put the wrong name and the wrong address. No backdrop send to me, no money back.

Great product but tracking did not…
Great product but tracking did not work. Was given 2 different tracking numbers. Took 3 weeks to get my purchase. A $20 shipping charge on a small light envelope was to high. Might rethink using USPS as your shipping choice. Hope this is helpful.

Banners for the fair
I had two banners made for a display at our county fair. They were outstanding in the top of the fair. They were delivered on time and the quality was very decent not too thick not too heavy not too thin either. I am definitely going to honor banners again.
