One of the best holidays I have been on…

One of the best holidays I have been on definitely going back entertainment quality high end the greatest showman and Disney shows were a real hit with adults and kids alike food in the coral restaurant was amazing if they focused on the same food the serve there and use other restaurants as an extension on the coral menu it would be five stars. We are at l orient and the jungle and were disappointed as the quality and options/choices were nowhere near as good to their main buffet restaurant where there was a wider selection bakery. Vegetarian. And main courses were sublime. Staff were absolutely astounding kind people who go beyond ways to help you. Situated in the perfect area beach across the road. Stayed one week

We recently stayed at the San Antonio…

We recently stayed at the San Antonio hotel. The hotel was very good and we were very impressed with all the staff and with the amenities at the hotel. Our housekeeper Kiran was excellent and he went above and beyond what we were expecting. We were in room 223 and we do not have anything bad to say about the way that he cleaned and serviced our room. We hope that he is our housekeeper again if we come back next year.

Ola: Is a gentleman (A man with 'wisdom') very Professional & polite good manners after I checked in he carried my luggage to my room & explained how the room key worked.

Ifu: Exceptional Front of House and Communication Skills, very Courteous and Professional a welcoming warm manner.

Blerina: A genuine Representative for db Hotel San Antonia St. Paul's Bay.

Dipen: My room was maintained to meticulous high standard every day. A good hard worker with pleasant manners.

Bandana & Rosheen were very helpful & kind in the Restaurant Food & Beverage Service area & heated my soya milk for me.

Azur/Maintenance: Helpful friendly & Professional.

Food: Was Repetitive I didn't like the food
The Hospitality Food & Beverage Service Operations needs to be "URGENTLY" Reviewed - Dirty/used plates were not cleared from tables in a "timely manner".

Hotel Guests should NOT enter the Restaurant Area to see "Dirty/used plates" on the tables!!!!!!!!
Is this the 'Standard' for a 4**** Hotel???????????????

Spa Treatment: NOT good value for €75!!!!
The Therapist did NOT apply any pressure during the "Massage" Treatment!!!!!!

Overall the hotel was clean & staff helpful friendly & approachable.

I love Malta I will stay at another hotel when I return to Malta

Very unorganised check-in

Overal holiday experience in Malta was good, however with the hotel we have encountered a few issues:
Check-in to the hotel was a disaster as we have been given room which already been occupied, than given another room that was not what we payed for instead. We have been offered another room next day, which we accepted but had to pack things up in a morning and leave the luggages in luggage compartment for half a day to be able to get to the other room at 3pm.

Entertainment in the evening was good,
But was surprised that hotel had no pool table, just 1 table tennis at the pool side which we never got chance to use.

Kids club - wanted to use it in the hottest day so kids are not outside in 40 degrees, but been told it is closed specifficaly on that day, even though we did not needed anyones help looking after children, we were not let in to the play room. Also, the play room was in the separate pool building and in the dungeon that had a very dusty and wet smell.

Staff was behaving well, everyone with manners and room was cleaned well daily by room boy SADO. Only downside with room cleaning was that it was cleaned in a day instead of a morning so every time after lunch we could not get into our room as it was being cleaned, however, once the room boy saw us waiting, he made sure he does his job quickly so we can go in.

Pool area was crammed daily, understandable as we stayed mid summer, however we did expected pool to be bigger than it actually was.

Spa side of the hotel was really expensive so not been able to use it, however there was a steam room and sauna where indoors pool is and was free to use. However, we have had challenge to find that indoors pool as there were no directions given where and how to find it other than its on 0 level and no clear signs showing directions on the walls.

Food was great options to choose from in some days, not so good in another days, but food itself was good.
Bare in mind, All-Inclusive package does not include all inclusive ice cream, which was a shock to us. Prepare to pay €4 for one ice cream during the day at the pool

Overall experience of the hotell 3 stars.

Not worth the money

Almost feel snobby writing this, I've stayed in some ghetto hotels and also some really nice 5 stars, this falls in between and really isn't worth the money, food is boring after a day, kids really dont like it, some of staff (non maltese) were a bit rude, rooms are ok, some minor issues we just dealt with, 4 star should be revoked and changed to 3 star, just an honest review we paid 2k gbp end of may beginning of June, paid alot less for alot more.

Good hotel

I’ve been to this hotel many times ,in march and coming back in October,it’s a great hotel ,staff very helpful,very good choice of food,but last month it was disappointing to find the rooftop closed off saying it was out of season,strange as I’ve been up there before in March,the water in the outside jacuzzi and pools were freezing,couldn’t enjoy them .If the porter asked to take your luggage refuse as it’s much quicker doing it your self,also they don’t seem to recognise returning customers the way other hotels do,but it’s a good place to stay .

Room not a 4star room

San Antonio Hotel we found the main hotel quite pleasent the food and entertainment was very good but our room was very run down there was no draws to put cloths so ended up with just a pile tv didnt work . Had a silly wall unit that served no purpose .Really very badly designed .Room 743.

Good stay at db Seabank Resort & Spa

Our stay at db Seabank Resort & Spa was good. It is a superior 4* hotel that mainly does all-Inclusive although we stayed half board.

It is in a great location opposite Malta's largest sandy beach, Mellieħa Bay.

There are several pools, restaurants, and bars and spa and fitness facilities. We had a lovely massage together.

Entertainment was below average in the evenings but there was a good entertainments' crew during the day.
