In June may father who was suffering and being assessed for cognitive decline was cold called and coerced into signing up to an energy contract which would start in November. He had unknowingly already signed up to a contract with another company but had forgotten about it.
He subsequently passed away in September when this company called my brother who forwarded the issue on to me. I unknowingly agreed to the contract without knowing that my dead father had already agreed a contract and when I was and still am suffering from depression after my own wife died of breast cancer at age 53 leaving me and our son. I explained this this to them and they first threatened me and are now demanding £4,701 + vat in compensation.
These people are evil.

Totally mis-sold an electric contract by a sales person, Michael Tansey. He lied and said the contract was fully fixed with no additional charges over the two year term which was what we needed and (have always had) as we are a residential caravan park. I have contacted their complaints team who will not accept this. I am still awaiting the recorded telephone calls.
