I was a bit worried after reading all these reviews, but my package turned up, and all was good! sent in 2 different packages/deliveries which is strange, but all fine in the end, and the goods are perfect!

Returned a T-Shirt 6 weeks ago. Have not received a refund. Sent multiple emails but no reply. Phone line keeps you on hold for ages before cutting you off.

Wish I'd have read this page before ordering from them.

I tried to cancel an order before it dispatches. I've been contacting them all week, but all I get is an automated response. Speaking to an actual person seems impossible.

The order has since "dispatched", but the DPD tracking has just been stuck on 'awaiting item' for days.

So bad it might aswell be a scam . Order a shirt and shoes. No shirt arrived. And the shoes were the wrong size. Returns is a nightmare

DPD said they only had one parcel - even though the email said "the order" would be delivered today!!!!!!

Never dealt with a worse company. Didn't think to check Trustpilot reviews first as assumed they would be a genuine company seeing as they are directly from the brand.
I was offered a discount for signing up to the newsletter but there was no place to add promo code so I processed the order any way as the items were for a birthday.
I contacted customer services to advise there was no place for a promo code and they sent me a screen shot of where it was. I knew they would try this so I ensured to get my own screen shot as proof it wasn't there at the time of ordering. They kept coming up with excuses so I asked them to escalate if they couldn't resolve - was only a fiver they needed to refund!?
5 days after supposedly being escalated, no response so I chased it up and still nothing, it's now been 11 days since my request was escalated.
I did get an email to say I would be getting my order the following day and it confirmed the items in the package. When it arrived, only 1 of the 2 items were in the bag then the other item arrived the day after. Their email would suggest that they would be delivered at the same time?! Delivery took 10 and 11 days.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely appalling for a business, purchased 3 pairs of shoes (£63 total), arrived after 3 weeks, had to return as they were way too small. Been almost a whole month and no refund or email about a refund even after contacting customer services. Seriously doubt I will get my money back and I made the mistake of not paying through PayPal so I can't even file a dispute. It's a scam PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You would think for an official business it would be better but it's just despicable really.

I'm not normally one to write a review and leave bad feedback but in this case I feel I have to - so hopefully somebody else will read this and not lose money like I have. Basically ordered a pair a shoes, arrived 4 weeks later (no mention they get shipped from Belgium).Didn't fit as their size description is wrong - returned a month ago and still no refund. I have sent several email to customer services - they sometimes reply (after 1 week!) but are no help and do not answer my questions. Luckily paid through Paypal so I now have to resort to a dispute. I thought I was ordering from a reputable company - as like most others - I wish I read the reviews first!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased some trainers, which didn’t fit so I returned them as per the instructions, tracked. They arrived back to the DC warehouse 3 weeks ago and I have had no correspondence of a refund being processed. I have called them, but couldn’t get though, sent them 4 emails with all the information they needed, and no response apart from the same automated email saying it may take up to 10 working days to process the refund. Apparently you can’t speak to an actual human being any more! I work in customer service myself and I just can’t believe they get away with this. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing off here. I won’t make that mistake again!

Ordered my shoes a week ago and have just arrived, quality is brilliant and customer services was brilliant, replied back to my email quickly. Will buy again.

Still havent got refund for my shoes. Been more than 10 working days since they received and signed my returned items. The shoes were completely different colour than I ordered so what they expected. If I wont receive my money during this week, I'm gonna report a crime complaint against to this company.

Awful customer service. Bought my son a pair of shoes in March 21, by May they has unraveled stitches, a huge hole and broken pulls. I was told it was normal wear and tear and they viewed it as down to negligence and misuse! My son only. Wore them at weekends! Terrible responses and I will never ever buy from there again.

Ordered shoes beginning of march , took about a week to arrive from Belgium. Returned them same day to a UK address, which then gets sent on to Belgium. Didn't get an email til 15th April 5 weeks later saying refund being processed. 12th may , still no money returned. I've emailed about 4 times since march and it takes about ten days to get a response which is usually a scripted generic email. After my last complaint my money is sat pending as a refund in Paypal for the past 3 days and it's still pending. Will never use this company again!

Saw a decent pair of skate shoes shoes on offer for my son and as an afterthought threw in a hoody. A week after ordering noticed a refund into my account. Checked out my order and the shoes were cancelled as now 'not available' . No option to cancel the complete order before sending and paying over the top with the delivery charge for just the one item ... What an absolute stitch up from a bunch of cowboys.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, I wish I read these reviews before I returned the shoes, has been 25 days since they arrived back at their warehouse and they’re denying they ever received them. Utterly disgusting way to run a company,What ever happened to DC!

Terrible customer services, shoes only lasted 3 months and were not worn more than once or twice a week. I was told this was normal. Customer service took a whole month to reply only to tell me their shoes should only last this long.

Disgusting service... sent wrong size sent 6 emails in nearly 2 weeks and not a single response... now stuck with a pair of useless shoes that I can't wear and I can't guarantee if I just send back I will even get a refund or exchange.... this company shouldn't even be allowed to trade!

The whole process is sketchy. If you change your mind about what you've ordered before it's shipped they won't cancel it for you. When you return it be sure to have tracked shipping as I sent my item back and after 3 weeks of it being delivered I still had no refund. Their email customer support is possibly the worst I've ever had, they really need to be investigated for poor business practices. I had to contact dc shoes on Facebook and they were actually helpful and got my refund sorted for me. If it wasn't for the Facebook customer support (I think its American based which explains why they're so much better) I don't think I'd have ever received my money back.

Don't use them, absolutely appalling customer service, have emailed them for a refund 10 times now had to pay £8.99 to return items when it clearly states free returns, I am seeking a refund through my credit card now😡😡😡

I thought I would write a positive review after seeing all the negative ones. I bought a pair of trainers from DC Shoes UK on the 23rd March and they were delivered on the 1st April, and there hasnt been any problem. Yes, they are shipped from Belgium and it states 7 to 10 working days delivery which is correct. No problem with the shoes, excellent quality and fit fine, no problems. I expected to wait longer actually. You have to understand that due to Covid and Brexit, they cannot currently operate a full service.
