Follow up visit
Asked for a follow up visit with the same engineer, Richard, who fitted a new aerial for us previously. He has been so genuine and honest, nothing is too much trouble. Diagnosed the transmitter/tv connection fault-a great service, thank you.

They helped bring our vision to life. The guy that came out to do the work Jack was amazing. He was professional, quick, punctual, informative, knew exactly what he was doing. Stuck to the timeframe he said and delivered what he said he would. He was also friendly. The team in the office made us feel special from the start of the project and even helped us make decisions through the design. Customer experience 10/10 and customer satisfaction 10/10. Highly recommended

Aerial replacement
The workman (Richard) was very informative and friendly. He came on time and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave a clear quote and when asked to complete the job he was very efficient. He was tidy as he worked too. Bonus points for him realising we didn’t wear our shoes in the house and so he kindly removed his without asking us.

Quick and efficient service
I contacted Digital Direct after reading reviews on Trustpilot. Engineer arrived on time, introduced himself as Richard and asked about our problem. He checked out the installation and tested for signal strength. He recommended one replacement aerial with booster instead of the 4 aerials that were currently on roof. Quoted a very reasonable price and said he could do job straight away. He removed all aerials and wires and tidied up. Now we have excellent signals to all our tvs. Highly recommend this company.

I hired Digital Direct to wall mount a TV. Richard was exceptional. He arrived on time, clearly explained the options with me, as well as the pricing. He was very friendly and very professional, clearly explaining everything as he went along.
