From the outset DD Hammocks have been nothing but professional and helpful. I had a question regarding their service which was answered swiftly and concisely which in turn led me to place an order.
My order was dispatched and delivered within two days. Excellent service.

I LOVE all of dd hammocks gear, but only had one problem. Well it didn't mentiin anywhere that you would be paying the ALV's yourself and it ended up costing over 100€ for me. I didn't even have the money when I found out and it was about to cost me a lot more. I wasn't going to have my brand new hammock for my trip if I didn't get the money.

I really like DD Hammocks,I’ve been using DD for a few years now and can’t fault their gear.

The most efficient and thorough customer care i have ever experienced! Very fast and eager to solve a problem i was having with the delivery, they got back to me extremely quickly and were very supportive and understanding. I was offered a full refund for the delivery and a bucket load of support. If my delivery had not arrived on that third day (and it finally did), dd hammocks were going to resend the items through a different courier for next day delivery before 1pm. I cannot praise their efficiency enough. Thankyou Vikki + the whole team, especially as this was the first time i’ve bought dd products directly from them. As for the products purchased, they are still in their bags, but from my experience with ddhammocks’ gear, i know they will be fit for purpose and will last for a very long time. Thankyou ddhammocks.

Just bought my second tarp (a Magic Carpet XL) from DD - very pleased with it + delivery was super-fast!

Ordered from these guys several times now. Very speedy service and top notch gear.

Bought a dd jura 2 , after using it a few times I broke a clip on the compression sack. I emailed dd within one day I received a replacement clip free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommended dd hammocks.

Last month I made a purchase over the phone. I realised the order wasn't linked to my online account with them. I emailed them in the of chance it could be done.

Within an hour or so, email back with order details and that it was linked. Fantastic.

I've been a happy and content user of DD Hammocks gear for a nearly 5 years, now, gradually modifying my system to suit my own requirements.
Recently decided to get an underblanket and a second hiking pole and, since there were none available locally (New Zealand) I ordered directly from DD Hammocks in the UK.
Service was excellent: prompt dispatch, great communication.
The underblanket and hiking pole arrived safely, well protected from the ravages of international travel.
As always, the gear is of great quality and I'm looking forward to putting them to the test this summer.

Fantastic service and and top quality products as usual from DD Hammocks. I ordered my third hammock from this company at 2pm on Monday and it arrived the next day at 11am, you can’t get better service than that . I even asked for a alteration to my hammock to be done before despatch. All the products I have got from DD Hammocks have been all top quality and well made. I’m always impressed with the customer service and communications with them.
