I would not hire these guys for anything

TLDR; DO NOT USE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SHADY AND NOT HONORABLE!

I came across the ad for these guys and I figured to give them a call, I arranged a day and we visited them.

In the first meeting, the impression from the salesman was good, we were impressed by how friendly he was.

He started showing us the goods and the designs that they had in their shop and we chose some stuff.

And the good stuffs ends here. From now on, hear the bad story…

After our selection, he wrote down the articles we have chosen, picked up the calculator and started summing up some amounts, which added up to 23K Euros.

When I asked about the price, he said this is preliminary and non-final price, and after our technician do the measurements, we will have another session for the design then we can calculate the final price.

On the day for the design session, we arrived there and the lady designer started from scratch in front us, instead of being prepared and having some designs already in place for us to choose from. With lots of time getting wasted for her to make up something in her computer for us to see and decide, we managed to come to a conclusion.

After some days, I received an email for an invoice from them. The invoice was (and is) super unclear with lots of items mentioned as 0 Euros, and it had the same amount from the preliminary and non-final invoice.

I asked for clarification, with hesitation they provided more details but still not clear, because the invoice was not yet itemized. There was even items in the invoice that we removed from the final design and they were hesitant to remove it, saying that I agreed to pay for these. After some serious calls I managed to clear those items from the invoice, with lots of my energy getting drained for this.
I have to mention that they became angry at me for asking for clarification, they were rude in their replies.

Since my wife is pregnant, 7 months at the time of the invoice, we wanted the bathroom done, we accepted that it was our fault to trust them in the beginning and paid the invoice to start up the renovation.

Then they started to ship us the goods, and they sent us three times the amount of tiles needed for the renovation, initially I thought they sent us more to make logistics easier if something happened.

After the builders finished with installation, I still had many boxes of tiles. I told them that they should schedule a pickup of the remaining tiles and refund me for the extra ones that I am eligible for refund. But they decided to tell me that the extra tiles remained are not mine and I am not eligible for a refund at all and I am charged just for the amount of tiles needed for the renovation.

I checked the unclear invoice and saw they charged me ~2750 Euros for the tiles, and I also checked the price of the tiles over the internet, and it matched with the total tiles they sent me in the beginning before the builders use them.

I told them about this and asked them for a detailed invoice for the tiles which as of now they refused to provide.

I guess in order to get refund for the tiles and even get more of my money back because of their shady invoicing, I have to practice my rights through legal means with them.

I hope they read this review and look again on how they are doing their business.

I hope any person that decide to have renovations for their bathrooms, don’t hire these guys.

I cannot emphasize how much emotional distress me and my pregnant wife endured handling the issues for a simple renovation job.

What a shame…

The worst bathroom renovation ever

I have done so many renovations but this one by far was the worst experience of my life.

They have lured us under a false advertisement promised to do this and then, we paid more than an amount that a normal renovation company without discount takes to do the job and was delivered with the worst service you can possibly imagine.

After the down payment was made and a promise that anything not used will be deducted at the end, the measurements were made and we made another appointment to meet the designer, there was no design no idea everything we asked was not possible and everything we agreed on was not there so we had to pay for another type or color that was higher in price.

We had no choice to agree as an 7 month old pregnant person at the time that had no option to go to another company.

Before the start of the renovation they started demanding full payment without giving an itemized invoice, the invoice they provided had many items with zero amounts which added more unclarity, when insisted, what they could provide was again not itemized and did not help that much making everything clear. We have been charged extra on for stuff we didn’t even ask for, we received extra tiles that were enough to renovate 3 other bathrooms (after measurements were taken by them).

Whenever we asked for details or had questions, they were not responsive.

When it came to the tiles and the extra ones that were left after renovation was finished, they did not agree to clarify and claimed that these tiles are not yours and we want to take them back even though we paid for them.

Come the renovations started finding the wrong drawer was delivered so the builders had to find a way to compromise.

The whole experience has caused me so much stress during my pregnancy and now I have to spend even more money to pursue a legal course against them.

Please do not fall for such advertising and false promises, do your research and know your rights so you don’t have to suffer.

Find a professional team that knows what they are doing.
