Still waiting for the order after two weeks

It has been two weeks since I ordered a weighting machine and I'm still waiting for it. Despite the 1-3 suppoused delivery timelines it took a week to process and send the order (just the same day I asked what was happening with my order through an email which they didnt answer). I was suppoused to arrive the last friday to my picking point and in the app it appears as received but I havent received any code or notice to pick it up and they dont cant look in the database without it (the tracking number doesnt help in this case). All of this is not theirs fault but in cases as this is the sender who has to contact the delivery agent to ask for information and claim and yesterday morning I sent and email to tell the situation and ask for help and it has been more than 36 hours and I havent received any answer or help. I will continue waiting for my order but I will not buy again here for their lack of client service.
