I have start a subscription with them and after 3 delivery is start the first problem , the 4th delivery comes not in a month but after long period because them haven’t available the parts , after that I decided to stop it and after that I have cancel it . After 25 days I decided to reactivate the subscription but them says it is no longer available,this all in one month I have decide to resend a mail about that and them says we wait a response from a team but is past two weeks , and nothing come back . Now I have a couple parts of mustang but I can’t finish it . I want a conpsation about the inconvenience you causare me

Still waiting for parts for my Lamborghini countach ordered through Modelspace, subscription was supposed to take a year to complete, here we are over two and a half years later and I’m still waiting to complete the model. I have contacted both Modelspace and deagostini on numerous occasions over the last year and a half via countless emails and phone calls and still no parts to complete the subscription, avoid at all costs because you will be wasting your money on a model that will never be completed. I have spent roughly £800 now on a partially completed subscription that is now just gathering dust and I believe will never be completed. Please please please listen to your customers and for fill the subscriptions that you have before taking on new customers who at the end of the day will only end up disappointed like myself and all the other existing customers you have let down so far.
