This company deals4parking is a fake, they will only take your booking and money, you can not contact them, as I had tried, when I wanted to cancel my booking, I also tried to contact the company, who I was meant to park my vehicle with, but again no answer or reply, so again do not be ripped off, as it looks like I have been.

The worst experience when we dropped off our car and phoned twenty minutes before drop off they could not find our booking. We had booked this a few months before when we arrived they found our booking to took ages to get through multiple phone calls and about 40 mins before they collected our car. On return we phoned when we collected baggage so the car would be there. We couldn't get through to anyone we struggled trying to get hold of anyone. After a 15hr flight we arrived at 7 in the morning and by 9 where still trying to get our car they kept putting the phone down on us. We eventually got hold of them and they said our car keys had been stolen in a robbery and some cars had been damaged by a fire and this was reported to the police. We asked to be collected and taken to the depo where our car was kept they refused to collect us. My husband then asked for an address so we could get a taxi and they put the phone down and again didn't answer our calls. At this point we where very worried about our car and managed to find some police they managed to locate our car it was parked on a random road in Slough they suggested we go there as they might try move it. W got a taxi (£55) to the location while we where waiting for someone to bring a spare key to us from Bristol. They tried towing our car back to the depo. We now have to get another key sorted at a cost of £275. Only arrived home at 7 that night. D yourself a favour definitely not book with anyone of these independent car parking places. Falcon parking is the worst nightmare to happen to you if you park your car with them. I came from holiday 22/06/2025 only to be told after more than 3 hours wait at terminal 5 Heathrow that they can't find my car. 2 days later, they told me my car has been found but they have misplaced the keys. They are not taking any responsibilities and not answering the phone. You want to stay very far away from them. It is costing me more than £1000 to sort all the problems they have caused me

DEALS 4PARKING ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE POLICE. THEY REGULARLY SPIN UP NEW COMPANY NAMES AND FAKE REVIEWS. Sadly, I got had.

I did my research and came across Falcon Parking when I looked and checked them out on Trustpilot. But note that Falcon Parking is actually this company now visible on Trustpilot so where have they gone? The only reason I know they are Deals4parking is when they blackmailed me to get my car from me. Where to begin?

Beginning my trip, I rang 30 minutes before I arrived in order to be met and they did not arrive until after 30 after I’d arrived and expected me to pay the excess parking.

I tried to contact them via emai whilst away and said the person on the phone said I would not pay for the parking yet the driver rang me 5 times for payment. I never heard back.

On the way home, I rang them as I picked up my bag and as my flight was delayed and came in 2.5 hours late and after midnight, they said it would be at least an hour and cost an additional £30, which was quoted in a non-existent email. I booked through compare the parking and printed the email - no reference to the procedure for late flight or the fee. And to top it off they are rude and unprofessional. They will not track your flight and they are not meet and greet. I am reporting them to BPA. They are a scam. Do not book with them. How these companies are allowed to operate unregulated is beyond me.

Falcon Parking are now ignoring any emails I send them regarding a parking fine they received whilst in possession of my car. I’m now taking legal action to recover the money for the fine I have settled. Please everyone be very wary of leaving your car with this company as they are far from professional! They operate out of Heathrow and I booked under Compare Your Parking who simply aren’t taking any responsibility for one of their providers listed acting in this way! I had heard from a guy called Sam at Falcon Parking hoping this would be resolved but he is now not replying. My advise is use a legitimate parking provider when booking any parking and don’t be fooled by any cheaper rates as you end up paying more for their actions whilst they have your vehicle.

The worst company I have ever used, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The driver was late collecting my car, extremely annoying due to the tight schedule of catching a flight, as well as the expensive charges for using the Heathrow short stay car park.
On arrival, I followed the collection instructions exactly and still had to wait over 45 minutes before my car arrived. When it finally arrived, it was FILTHY, as if it had been left under a sap-y tree during a rain storm then allowed to dry. The driver handed me the keys without checking any ID or booking documents, he could have handed the keys to anyone who claimed to be the owner.
To top it all off, the following week I received a parking fine for the day before I arrived back in the country, the car had been left in a random hotel car park for the night without payment!
Absolutely the worst company I could have chosen, do not use them.

Do not use!!!

Waited over an hour when dropping off the car resulting in an £18.50 parking charge on top of the original cost.

Then they used my car 5 times to I assume drop their drivers to the airport putting 30 extra miles on the clock. There was mud on the passenger seat and dirty foot marks on the mats in the rear seats. Absolutely unacceptable to use my car without permission. I am even considering contacting the police. All the evidence is collected from the tracker on my car, one of their journeys was even at 2am in the morning. Plus the car appeared to just be parked on an industrial estate not in a secure parking area.

Dear Deals For Parking,
We had to wait over 50 minutes for our car yesterday when we phoned the company after clearing customs. We were promised a 30 minute wait and when I called after this time ( 4 times) the line was engaged. You clearly would not be satisfied with this level of service, nor are we. I mentioned this to the person who returned the car. He suggested that I email you with this complaint before I put a review on Trustpilot. So here is your opportunity to reply before I do.
And a question - What would you do to persuade me to use your service again in July when I next park at Heathrow in the lights of this experience?

I booked meet and greet with deals4parking…. Big mistake. We were told to call our “friendly driver “ 20 to 30 mins before reaching Heathrow. I tried calling continually for 15 mins but no one picked up. I googled a main number but it was early in the morning so no one picked up . By this time we were at terminal 4 and had no parking. I was very stressed. I was trying to find other parking options as we had to get it sorted quickly so we did not miss our flight.
We did eventually get through to the main number and explained we were at the airport and the number for the driver we were given had not been picked up. They said they would get someone to come and meet us… no apology..
They did come but by this time I was so stressed I could not find the correct area and went through the short stay car park twice. He said he would come and meet us there then changed his mind and we had to find the meet and greet area. We did eventually but is had cost us in time and money.
When we were picked up we had to wait half an hour for them to bring the car.
Terrible company will never use again

Kept us waiting 30 mins to collect the car. Where uncontactable, and couldn’t find driver.

Then couldn’t be contacted on return. Called them 10+ times and finally got the car again 30 mins after finally speaking to them.

Car was left with muddy tyres, tree sap and was overall awful experience

Please never use this company.

FALCON/ INSTANT MEET & GREET DO NOT USE, terrible service waited on arrival and had to wait two and half hours on return… very rude kept ignoring our calls obviously trading under different names

First time using compare the parking, was given the provider FALCOLN PARKING LTD, never in my life would I use this service or recommend these agents again. SAM from falcoln parking swore at me down the phone, his name definitely is not Sam and he’s registered his company using his wife’s name to avoid taxes clearly! What a disgusting individual no one wants to deal with! 07796 651766 This is his number! My car has THREE new mobile connections added onto the car they have clearly been using it for their own personal use I will be taking this further They also use the name quick park limited both owned by Muhammad mughal

Booked with Falcon Parking Ltd, which also trade under the name Deals4parking, from 17/08 to 31/08 out of Heathrow T5.

On departure, we had left plenty of time, but the driver took 45 minutes to arrive (despite us clearly stating the time needed when booking). Phone staff uncommunicative, basically lying about the whereabouts of the driver. Making our flights was becoming touch and go, and I was just about to go and find a space in the Heathrow car park itself when he finally turned up.

On arrival yesterday, even worse. I had provided a flight number so they should have been able to track the flight, but the arrangement was that I would call them when we had picked up baggage. This was 7:57. I was told I would be called shortly.

At 8:32 I called again. 35 minutes had passed and I heard nothing. The call handler told me he'd call his colleague, and call me back.

At 8:42 I called again. This time my number was apparently blocked from their phone. I was starting to panic at this point. My wife called, they again said they would talk to the driver, and would call me. Still nothing.

At 8:50, now 53 minutes after my initial call, the driver finally calls me. He lied, saying he'd already been to the terminal, but my phone was not available (I was in a strong signal at all times, and none of my calls took longer than about 15 seconds). He said as he could not contact me, he had taken the car back to the "compound" (note for later). He would be 7-10 minutes.

At 9:15 - a full 78 minutes after my first call - our car arrives. Thankfully it is undamaged, but disgustingly dirty up both sides with some sort of sticky residue. It definitely has not been parked in a "compound" - I like others would suggest a next to a building site.

Falcon Parking were rude and unhelpful on the phone at all times. I would never recommend using them for your parking. During my experience I spoke to Heathrow Security who told me that unfortunately there was nothing they could do, but that they often got similar reports about off-site meet and greet parking from disgruntled customers. Their recommendation, and one I will take, was to pay the extra and park in the official Heathrow car parks.

I will certainly never do business with Falcon Parking ever again, and would advise any one else not to either.

Booked with falcon parking. Everything went really smooth, definitely will book again.

Tried to book a Meet and Greet Service with Deals4Parking less than 24 hours before the required date. The payment didn't go thru and there was no emails from the Company so I took public transport to the airport.
On return from holiday I noticed my credit card was debited with a Payment and since then I've been writing to the Company seeking a refund of this money. No communication whatsoever from Deals 4 Parking. It seems obvious that I will need to take legal action against them.

Awful experience.
Firstly they scammed me out of money for cleaning my car whilst I was away - but didn't do it. Also for price of ticket to let out of the car park.
Worst was that they were 2 and a half hours late delivering my car to me for travelling home and it didn't get to the car park until 2am.
Even worse, when it was delivered it had been damaged with statches and scrapes on the nearside front wing whilst it was in their possession.
I wish there was negative rating score here.

Initially, the arrival service seemed ok but was a bit concerned that the driver I handed my car keys to did not appear to have any ID on him, which I would have expected to see.
Tried calling when we arrived back in the UK - couldn't get through to the number as it kept cutting off. Eventually got through to be told rudely that the car would be on its way within 30 minutes. When you try and follow the instructions to let them know you are through customs, but cannot get through to the number, its really frustrating to be told you have to wait that length of time for your car to be dropped off, particularly after a long flight!! Car eventually turned up with a really surly delivery driver - my car was absolutely filthy! There was mud all the way up the doors and when we asked where it had been parked, we were met with attitude. It turns out that the car had been parked near to a building site which was apparent from all of the clay mud all over the tyres and up the sides of my car! There wasn't even an acknowledgment that the car had gotten dirty - the delivery driver was an insolent idiot working for a total cowboy racket! Avoid at ALL costs! There is no customer service whatsoever and everyone I spoke to was incredibly rude and was spoken to like they were doing me a favour! Would NOT recommend to anyone! I'd rather walk to Heathrow dragging my cases behind me than use these cowboys again!

If I could give no stars I would. AVOID at all costs. Unless you like waiting an hour an half for your car and listening to a bunch of liars. Also scammed me out of an extra £60 and refuse to give a receipt.

Called the mobile number for our car to be collected, nobody answered the phone for 45 minutes. Had to use an alternative car parking company as couldn't wait any longer. They refused to refund our money!
