BUYER BEWARE!!

dealsCube sellers such as “pinmart” will NEVER ship anything you purchase. Unknown to me, their 8 previous negative comments were either deleted or expire after a certain period of time. There were 3 more negative comments including mine during the 60 day period I was negotiating for my delivery. Currently, there are 2 more negative comments about the same issue...NON-DELIVERY and NO REFUNDS ISSUED! That's at least 13 comments in the last 5 months about the exact same problem and their answer is always the same, "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a charge back to receive your money back". This amounts to FRAUD! Even their "positive" reviews here on this review site are suspect. Very generic and non specific about what, when or even if something was purchased or delivered. Research the "63 day rule" they are using to ignore refunds and press your financial institution about your first contact for resolution. I did and received my $380 back. If they won't help, change your FI.

Do not buy!

Item never arrived. I emailed and they said they "had such a high demand, they cant fulfill the order." I was promised a refund. After a month of no refund, I opened a Paypal dispute. Another 30 days later it was settled in my favor. Ridiculous!

I got scammed too

I got scammed too! Bought some software, was charged on my credit card, but then the software never came. The system shows I never ordered it, but I was already charged for it. Such a pain!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a product, but wasn't invoiced even after contacting the seller many times. Seems like a scam after all who doesn't want to get paid. Don't work with this company and definitely don't give them your information.

Beware.

Beware. Untrustworthy. Low price attracts you to buy. They string you along and then eventually tell you item is no longer available.

RIP OFF. DON'T DO IT

I purchased a gift for my 2 year old granddaughter for her birthday from deals cube on 6/12/17. Got a invoice number and NOTHING ELSE. They said it would be delivered between 6/21 to 7/9.I tried to call and email but got no response. I contacted my bank and when they looked up the information their phone number was all 9's and out of Florida. My bank did eventually get my money back. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.That is the only way to shut them down ! DON'T BUY FROM DEALS CUBE you will most likely regret it.I did.

I got scammed through someone on Dealscube

I got scammed through Dealscube! I purchased a 250 GB SSD which was for my daughter's laptop, that never arrived! The person I was messaging back and forth with was stringing me along for weeks. I never received the product nor a refund, which I requested! Colon cancer would be too kind for such scam artists. Dealscube seems flawed or fake, it's missing ebay type protocols, for end user. So things of this nature can be handled properly and customers are protected...

Be very careful using Dealscube! I believe they are involved in this scam.

Trying to sell me a cracked game

I don't know if this is how the entire site works, but I bought an online key to a game. Then AFTER payment was taken, I received an email from the seller asking if I was ok with playing offline and that I can't register my code with origin.

That basically means a pirated game.

Seller said he would give me download instructions if I was ok with it. No, I was not. I bought an online, digital code and that's what I wanted. Not a cracked, pirated game that he could give me a downlink for. Never again will I buy from this site.

Good price, but confusing service

I loved the pricing, but the payment options were frustrating as I loathe PayPal. Also, I have already paid and still have not received my game, which was simply supposed to be sent by email. That is frustrating because I was hoping to play it right now.

Don't do it!!!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner (bdeals) the end of April. My debit card was charged on 5/1. I was told that I would receive the vacuum in the middle of May. When that day came and went I sent an email asking what was going on they said just big demand and they would send it the latter part of June and I would receive an email stating it was shipped and a tracking number. When that day came and went I contacted them again. No response. Ten days later I sent an email. No response. It has now been eight days and you guessed it No response. I am about ready to give up kiss my money good-bye and chalk it up to being scammed. Do not use dealscube (and especially bdeals). You will most likely regret it. It has now been 45 days since I've even heard from them. A deal is not a deal if you don't receive your product or a refund. STEER CLEAR!

This website is a scam!

This website is a scam! Never received my outdoor water table for my grandchild that I ordered. The only way to contact the "business" is by email. There is not a phone number for the seller. I had to call my bank and get my money back. Do not waste you money or time ordering from dealscube.
