this is totally fraud registered company even it got the dummy five stars rating in trustpilot.
It's a total scam because they send me a letter saying that I need to pay 135€ for a subscription that I never did. I send them an email but they told that they didn't receive any email. They are very rude and don't speak english and they hang up on me last call.
They are id..ts, unprofessional and treat you like garbage when you call them, a moment ago I called to say that I paid the bill today and not at the end of the month as I had told him and not knowing German he blocked me from speaking and the super guy disgusting and reluctantly he answered me wrong and then I sent him to hell and ended the call, I hope they do not act id..ts and say that I do not pay because I have the paper of the post that says I have paid and I have a lawyer thanks to me Surely he told me that doing that was a good option if they want to act id..ots, the game is going to turn out badly. Sh..ity gangsters, they treat you badly and they never sent any paper that owed anything from the VEDIA company and now they appear that I have to pay in 48 hours and that they sent the papers and that the post is to blame that the letters do not reach me home, I went to ask in the post and there is no missing letter how they can be so unprofessional to blame the post for their mistakes, in my email there is no vedia message or in the spam folder, it is a mafia.
