I would give 0 stars if i could item…

I would give 0 stars if i could item was ordred over 20 days ago. I paid extra for the tracking. The item hasnt left china. ( The comapny says it based in the uk i later found this out to be a lie). Emails are bland and lifeless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. most recent email was told my orders been delayed with no time frame.

Ordered size S for my daughter who is…

Ordered size S for my daughter who is tiny and they are too small. Asked to Exchange for an Medium offered me 10% then 15% then 20% to keep bottoms that are no good.
Finally gave me address to return to in China and said probably won’t get them back their end.
How can this be customer service says they offer 14 days money back no questions asked. what a joke can’t even do an exchange. Don’t order from them!

Not a single thing good about Decarbra

Not a single thing good about Decarbra. Took ages to arrive. When arrived diddnt fit and quality was not as shown from advertisement. Wanted to return and they took ages to respond and made it near impossible to actully send back and I do not trust that the package will even make It there or atleast I think that's what they'll say and I won't get my money back. Going to have to try and sell

Misleading Products & Awful Refund Tactics

Do not. I repeat do not buy from this company.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. The item I received wasn’t the branded product advertised and is exactly the same as a much cheaper version sold on Temu. Customer service only offered small “5–10%” refunds, refused to cover return postage though they misrepresented the item, and even hinted that the item might not reach them so they wouldn’t have to refund me anyway.

I’ve had to go through my card provider to get my money back. Please be cautious.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. All sizes are Chinese despite no warnings of this at all. Got an XL for a baggy fit (normally wear M/L) and it was skin tight on me. The inside lining was made of incredibly cheap material, and the outside wasn’t much better. Refusing to give a refund or return within 14 days, which is illegal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ANY PRICE

DO NOT BUY - I recently ordered a hoodie from Decarba and when the product arrived it was faulty, the incorrect size, extremely poor quality and nothing like the description. Their
products are overpriced temu cloths shipped from China, in order to return the product I was told I would have to cover the postage which was £55 (more than the product itself), they do this in the hope people will choose not to return therefore they get keep your money, after many many emails and repeatedly stating my consumer rights as well as contacting my bank I have finally managed to get my money back.

Item never arrived after waiting for…

Item never arrived after waiting for over 2 weeks. Hard to track and delivery exception was given as reason for no-delivery. I asked for refund and then was directed to go and pick up the item myself after contacting the local delivery provider!! I have no idea who the local delivery provider would be. Why is this my problem to sort?? I would advise that you avoid this company!!!

The company is not in the UK, its a drop shipping scam. I provided evidence the order was lost and they keep delaying and refuse to provide a refund, with AI generated responses. Do NOT buy from this Company. What is worse is they are scamming young teenagers out of the little money they have. Decarba is a disgrace and needs to be reported to trading standards for holding itself out as a UK company. It is NOT!!

Item is clearly from Temu.

Item is clearly from Temu. Saw a Temu ad of this and when I checked on Temu the exacts product were available. This is just a business promoting Chinese affiliated clothing branding it as their own when it’s clearly Chinese imported and I can buy this straight from Temu for £40 cheaper because that’s where they buy it from. I wouldn’t have made such a review but seeing how companies can take Chinese affiliated products from sites like Temu or alibaba, create a business and promote their new business is a whole heap of rubbish.

Just dont do it

Just dont do it. Not a UK seller. Ordered a sweatshirt from these clowns having not read any reviews. It came from China so took ages which I didnt realise was the case. When it arrived its clearly an Asian size Large as its doesnt fit at all. Emailed them and was told they dont refund for wrong sizes?? Its not wrong, i always wear a L, but its badly cut. I went through loads of back and forth emailing them photos of it etc and then got told they would offer me a 5% refund!! Or i can send it back to china at my expense. Would cost more than the top as they wanted recorded delivery as a condition! Decided to suck it up and use it as a rag to clean my motorbike. Shocking company. Will be gone in 6 months with everyone's money.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE
Do not use this company, very long delivery times, items of poor quality, they DO NOT accept returns even if item is faulty. I have been in a battle with them for over a month to return one item. They simply offer 5% refund and say keep the item! Customer Service is dreadful and all AI generated responses so you get to a certain point where the conversation starts to repeat itself. I am so frustrated. I have to accept I won't get my money back and all I can do is warn others not to make the same mistake!

ordered M and S size for Men , after a month what was delivered to me was tracks labeled s and m but would only fit a 10or 11 years old CHILD. The customer service is extremely unhelpful, they use the standard word format to answer and I was send it back to china bearing own postage and custom charges .
I am an extremely disappointed customer. Will never go back

WARNING: Deceptive Practices & Poor Quality
Heads up! Think twice before buying from this company!

My experience with Decarba.com has been extremely disappointing, and I want to warn others about their misleading business practices and the low quality of their products.

Location is Deceptive: This company markets itself as a UK-based business, but when I attempted to return my order, the address was in China. This led to impossible customs issues and my package was ultimately returned to me as undeliverable.

Quality Doesn't Match Videos: The clothing looks great in their promotional videos, but the reality is completely different. The prints are of cheap quality and the sizing is absolutely not true to European standards. The product I received was unusable.

Impossible Returns & No Customer Service: The return process is intentionally designed to be difficult, and the package will likely never arrive. Despite this being their fault, they refuse to provide a full refund. Customer service hides behind their policy and ignores consumer rights.

I have officially filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration. Do not buy from this company.
