Very disappointing experience. Waste of time

I signed up for the pre-register a month before their first big launch on October 1st 2025. I pre-paid 100$ USD, connected our Shopify store. I was left in the believe that I'd be able to access the software from October 1st. After waiting a month I was informed on launch date that only a few business did get selected. I believe our trade volume wasn't big enough, so for them to build agentic workflows for businesses is less profitable. This was at no stage communicated though. Very disappointed. Wasted a month of my time waiting for them. I'll also report this to the ACCC. You can't just take money, promise access to a software and then refuse access and offer a refund.
