Mursalin and his team at Decoris Diamonds made the process of getting our rings as seamless as possible. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. I love that unlike many places, they take the time to explain and educate you so that you can make the best choice. Five Star Experience

My wife and I recently visited Decoris for a diamond ring. They sat down with us and explained in detailed what was available and the process of buying a diamond. They explained about lab vs natural and the four C’s. Having explained what we’ve seen at other shops ect they told us that some of the shops hadn’t explained in full as to what we’d be getting. We were impressed with their knowledge and honesty, we placed an order on our first visit and received the ring within 4 weeks. Everything was as expected and actually the ring was very impressive.

From start to finish our experience was exceptional and we cannot see ourselves searching for any rings in the future other than with Decoris.

It was a pleasure dealing with the two brother from Decoris Diamonds. The hospitality during the initial consultation was fantastic, and they spent a lot of time explaining each step of the process. Their honesty and transparency was second to none, and they delivered on all their promises. I would highly recommend them to others due to high quality rings they ended up creating for us, at very competitive prices.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The rings are beautiful and exactly how I imagined them. The whole process was easy, better than going Hatton Gardens and overpaying for something less. The service from Mursalin and Decoris Diamonds was 10/10, I could not fault them at all. Especially in comparison to the service you get from Hatton Garden jewellers, the service you get from Decoris is far beyond that! They made the whole process from start to finish super easy and simple for us to understand. The quality of their workmanship is far beyond any other jeweller. The men and woman’s ring even came earlier than expected and yet the standard was far beyond anything we could ever imagine! We will definitely be recommended to all our friends and family and will be visiting in the future!

Very good, and helpful they are. At first I was a bit worried however I’m very happy with my purchase the staff is very very kind helpful warm to earth. Very pleasant experience with Decoris diamonds.

Although I thought it would be complicated but Mursalin, made the process very easy as we were shown samples and got to choice what we like and how we want ring want made. Really nice experience.

Decoris has been nothing but fantastic at helping us build our dream rings. We had heard about them through word of mouth and thought we should check them out before visiting Hatton Garden. Thankfully that was the best decision as from the get go we knew we would be sticking with them and we had learnt so much about choosing the right diamond and the process as a whole. We had a bespoke design in mind and a specific budget and they worked really well with us to make it happen, through sending us various CAD designs and 3D models for us to see before getting it made officially. The final ring was nothing short of perfect and we couldn’t be happier.
All our queries were answered promptly and clearly throughout the entire process.
