My item was delivered on time. I had some initial concerns when my order status still showed as "processing" after a couple days, and I hadn't received confirmation that my item was indeed available (I'd tried ordering same item from another retailer a couple days earlier - and had my order cancelled the next day, due to product being unavailable from manufacturer, so I was nervous.) But when I called customer service to inquire about shipping status, my questions were answered quickly and I received verbal confirmation that my item was ready to ship. I would order from this company again.

They took money out of my account then told me they no longer carry the item I ordered. Took an Act of Congress to get them to refund my bank account. This Company works under a lot of different names, Buyer Beware. Never again will I shop here.

I still have not been contacted as to shipment!

Ordering services were good. Unfortunately we have an un-resolved issue. Faucet and Tub package we were sold are not compatible or parts missing. Kingstone customer service did not seem knowledgeable and are slow in responding. Not resolved yet?

I am very pleased with the soap dish. I had ordered another item that was no longer available, but was informed very quickly and given options.

1- the hot/cold decorative button on the diverter lever fell off in the box before installation.
2- the cold decorative button on the cold handle will not stay on.
3- Invoice - I have not received an invoice for this transaction. on a "bare bones" packing slip was in the box.
4- paid $799.00 for this kit and I am not happy with level of customer service.

Although I haven't received my order at this hour, it is supposed to arrive today, I am very happy with the service I received. It shipped within two days, which was wonderful. the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from DecorSuite again.

Arrived quickly and great condition. Looks great and so for seems to be all we need.

We ordered a vanity from DecorSuite.com after searching for it on other websites and finding out that is was out of stock. DecorSuite showed it was in stock and at a lower price as well. We were so excited to finally find the vanity & order it...only to get an email 3 days later that DecorSuite had to refund our credit card because the manufacturer had discontinued the item. First, DecorSuite should keep their website updated with product availability and second, they shouldn't have charged our card before confirming the availability of the item. We had to wait for the refund before we could order it elsewhere and it put our construction behind schedule.

Ordered standard aerator parts for many faucet models. Was glad they indicated stock since the manufacturer and other internet dealers showed out of stock. Placed order. Received a voice message from one of their reps. I called this person back and left a message to call me. A week or so passed and I called to check on my order. I was informed that the order was cancelled because the manufacturer did not have stock, which I already knew. This person said that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I told the rep that I was prepared to wait 4- 6 weeks and was disappointed thaI they cancelled my order without my approval. I went on line to attempted to place an order with the manufacturer. Their website didn't allow the order to be placed. I talked to a factory rep and said that I needed to order these parts. The manufacturer made modifications to their website me to place my order, which I did. The order was shipped within one week.

A random search for a random decorative item brought me to you, and I could not be happier! Great price for great quality. Thank you!!

Our tub was delivered very quickl it's very heavy but managed to get it in my house with my wife only. I used lifting straps I bought from Amazon and used a furniture skate under the pallet. We lifted it up gradually putting 2x4's underneath until it reachef the level of our front door then I lifted and leaned back as my wife pushed the end on the skate. Tub is very nice we still have to get it off the pallet and our still remodeling our bathroom. The faucet kit is very nice but was hoping on the cross handles that is shown online our faucets has levers instead. I'm going to call to se if we can get the other handles. Can't wait to use it.

Quality product but the item I received was slightly different than the one I ordered

They called me promptly and told me that not all of the parts were in stock and asked if I wanted them to ship what they had and the rest next week. I was pleased that they let me know and didn't leave me hanging.

After a lot of research I ordered a cast iron claw foot tub from DecorSuite. Their price was the best by far, the tub was very elegant and it arrived in good shape and just when they said it would. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased an acrylic claw foot tub and hardware package, WOW it was the most incredible price and beautiful! My only problem was finding them as they do not come up on google in CA, I found them while on google in Chicago.

I bought a cast iron tub with all needed plumbing hardware. It shipped quickly and looks great.

I placed order and never received it. Sent numerous inquiries and not one response.
