The shop (east of Lichfield) is a long way to drive for me, but it really was worth it! So much choice and such friendly service! Rapid delivery, too. The ordered wallpaper arrived only 2 days later! Really pleased and I will go back there for the next project. Thank you!

I orded wallpaper from this company thought I needed another roll so I had to get in contact with them to see if they still had same batch numbers left they were very helpful and I would happily order from this company in the future

I have given 5 stars because Decor Supplies were great but it was not so great for DPD delivery. I have ordered before so I knew that the Decor Supplies wallpaper would be great. Also, the measures taken with the double cavity boxes was extraordinary. However, the delivery by DPD was not good. Should I not be in, I have instructions on the door plus clear instructions lodged with all the main delivery companies to leave parcels in my porch. This DPD driver decided to leave it outside. Thankfully, I was back in time to bring the parcels in before it rained.

A few problems with dpd but nothing to do with decor supplies. When I rang they got straight into the problem and were so apologetic which wasn’t even their fault.
Had next day delivery. Would definately shop again with decor supplies.

I had an issue with my order that was my own fault - the online sales manager was great in helping me get it sorted. The email reply I got was very helpful, and it was a very quick response time. Highly recommend for the customer service.

Great Company to deal with. Ordered our Harlequin wallpaper a couple of days before Christmas ready for decorating in January. Not only was the wallpaper the best price we could find, it arrived so quickly (before Christmas). Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.
