Dr Deep made me feel completely at ease professional, honest, and genuinely attentive to what I wanted to achieve.

What really stood out was the level of precision and artistry in his work. Everything looks so natural and refreshed never overdone. He takes the time to explain each step, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process.

The results have exceeded my expectations. I feel more confident, but still completely like myself just a more polished version.

If you’re looking for someone who truly understands facial harmony and delivers subtle, beautiful results, I can’t recommend him enough. Absolutely exceptional work!

Best experience my eyes were really sunken cheeks were flat and I had lost lots of volume and didn’t have much structure. What deep did with fillers was Magic? He is an artist especially when it comes to fillers and the best thing is he gave me a guarantee so if I want any top ups after everything I said he does that free of charge which I think is amazing because he is truly interested more in the final result and outcome and not just charging you extra for money

Please dont go near this company its dangerous they are performing procedures with no qualufications and not even insured. They company is in debt with ccjs. They are performing breast fillers and bbl people are getting serious infections and nearly dying and they are not even insured. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Deep is in for money purposes only! He’s a self made injector by doing courses over the years and using faces as experiments. The same for his partner Kiran.
Please contact his insurance and report him, for those face he’s ruined. I’ve been so traumatised and do not wish this upon anyone. I cannot write the correct date due to legal reasons

He's a con artist and charges overpriced and I found another ashetics clinic good price and lovely results.

I recently had treatments with Deep Athestics, carried out by Deep. I want to start by saying that this review is not about the quality of Deep’s work — I genuinely admire his results, I like his enthusiasm, I liked him as a person, and I can see why people are drawn to his services. My concern is purely about the overall client experience and professionalism around appointment management and accountability.

Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling very disappointed and let down.

Across four appointments (including in Canary Wharf and Birmingham), my treatment times were repeatedly pushed back, and there were significant delays. On one occasion, what was meant to be a morning appointment resulted in me not getting home until nearly 8pm. I always make a conscious effort to book the first appointment of the day and arrive early out of respect, especially as these treatments require planning, travel, and often emotional preparation. I feel that this respect for time should be mutual.

On my most recent appointment, where Deep was to give me a free session as I was not happy with the results from a previous procedure, which in the end didn't happen due to me finally leaving, my time was changed from 10am to 12pm was still being pushed back as he still wasn't there, I was left feeling uncertain about whether the appointment would be honoured and started to feel anxious and distressed. Despite trying to compromise and be flexible, I also found myself in situations where a client appeared to have an appointment before me, which added to the confusion. As a client, this creates stress and anxiety — particularly when treatments are already something that can make people feel nervous or vulnerable.

There also appeared to be a lack of preparation before appointments. On previous visits, I waited for hours, and even reception staff acknowledged that it can be awkward having patients waiting. On one occasion, I had to share treatment time with another client who was visibly stressed before being seen. This has a real impact on how clients feel about their experience and the procedure itself.

I want to be clear that I am not criticising the technical work or intentions. I appreciated the recommendations given to me and the effort to achieve the desired results. However, when clients are investing a significant amount of money and trust into aesthetic treatments, organisation, punctuality, and communication are just as important as the treatment itself.

Clients often arrive feeling nervous, anxious, and hopeful about improving something that may affect their confidence. Being left waiting for hours, having appointments pushed back, or feeling unheard when raising concerns can really affect that experience.

I believe this could be improved with better scheduling, clearer communication, and greater respect for clients’ time. The lack of professionalism and consistent disregard for appointment times, a worrying lack of accountability, as well as not following up after my last failed appointment until I had to contact, has seriously impacted my trust and overall experience. This needs urgent improvement. Constructive feedback is important for growth, and I genuinely hope this is taken in the spirit intended — to improve the overall clients journey.

It’s been four months since my treatment, and this man truly transformed me. He dissolved overfilled filler under my eyes and in my midface that had made my face look ballooned weight gain didn’t help either. I had gotten so used to seeing myself that way it became part of my identity, and I honestly forgot what I used to look like. The filler under my eyes had lasted over five years and just wouldn’t go away, so he dissolved it and rebuilt everything from the ground up.
He carefully assessed my face and told me exactly what would look best. I initially had a few things in mind, but he was refreshingly honest and told me they would be a waste and that I only needed to focus on a few key areas to get the results I wanted. When I saw my results, my jaw literally dropped.
Now, four months later, I look exactly how I did when I walked out of the clinicjust without the bruises lol. Thanks again, bud! I’ll see you soon… just for a tiiiiny droplet in the lips lol

I went to see both Deep and Kiran a few times due to complications with the tear trough treatment they did. They forced me to sign an NDA if they dissolved so I can’t speak about this.

I went back which was a huge mistake. The first two appointments, they didn’t show up. They allow clients to travel all the way to them in Canary Wharf and they do not show up. When colleagues
from a neighbouring business to their clinic saw me waiting - they commented how they often see clients waiting for a long time outside of the clinic itself. They commented that Deep and Kiran rarely show up for their appointments and this is true.

I wish I could post photos of what Kiran did to my face. On doing my cheeks she did a ‘technique’ of placing the filler closer to the surface of the skin to create a continuation of the filler from the nose to the cheek.

I now have two oval shaped lumps next to my nose, which is no continuation at all! It’s incredible obvious. I have seen two different aestheticians and they have commented that I need to request that it’s dissolved. I did request this to Kiran and she sent me a rude voice note and blocked me.

May I also note that the Harley Street aesthetician said to me that he ‘knew I had come from the practitioners in Canary Wharf.’ He said ‘I get a lot of very disappointed clients from them needing their filler dissolved.’ So I’m certainly not the only one.

I have been recommended that all the work done by Kiran should be dissolved, which is a huge waste of time energy and money.

Please don’t visit either Deep or Kiran. Their social media following are bots. They have fake reviews. They are notorious in the dermal filler industry for disappointing clients. Their neighbours on the same site where they work, warned me how often they see clients left waiting hours for them to show up.

They have a new booking team every 2/3 weeks now that Nabeela has left, who don’t book the appointments and then even when Deep and Kiran have acknowledged the appointment - they cancel or just don’t show up unannounced.

Especially if you’re travelling from far - I would advise not taking the risk.

I am deeply upset and disappointed.

Very good service been coming too deep since he was in Mayfair seven years ago and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He really cares and is a true artist.

Took my mum for Endo Lift. Deep was professional throughout and the clinic was clean and well cared. We had meaningful conversations and happy with procedure

I had work done on my eye lids, for which I was quite nervous, as I had not done anything like that before and the eyes are a very sensitive area.
However Deep was very patient and caring, he took time to explain the procedure, and put me at ease with his down to earth approach.
I am very happy with the work done on my eyes and highly recommend his services.

Hi , I would recommend this place as he gave me so much confidence and very supportive, I’m a person who did night shifts for years and I really wanted to look good at mirror specially under my eye and chin , first I was really scared but he gave me confidence so I could continue without any fear , I was boooed through a lady called SARA she also was very helpful and explained to me about the clinic and gave me more confidence with my looks

Amazing experience in a relaxing environment. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what improvements are needed to suit my facial dynamics. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my Endolift treatment by Deep. had surgery on my nose wasn’t happy with it and visited the other clinics and didn’t get the desired result. So deep Clinic and it was a toss up between him and another person in Yorkshire decided to go with deep and truly love the results. We did nose a little bit on the eyes and he gave me the masculine ation which I wasn’t expecting, but was really happy with really happy that he recommended take his advice and I think he knows better.

Now im crying every day for my face he charged me £1000 for endow face lift with out my consent and he did this treatment without doing numbing my face and my face neck was full of blood please please becarefull from people like DEEP he is not actual Aesthetics he is just frud and he wants your all mony and in return you will get ugly face if this is what you want then definitely go to deep
