PLS DONT TRAVEL WITH DEEPAM!! .I would certainly give a Negative rating but it is not in the app. These guys are totally unprofessional, horrible and switch off phones when they cannot handle. I made a booking for my wife for 17th October (morning 3am airport drop for 6 am flight). I have called 3 times to get a confirmation/SMS from 14th October and they were not able to send that. They committed that driver would be on time. In spite of telling them the urgency, the drivers cancelled the booking at 2.55 am and call center never responded. There is no direct control on the drivers and management is really awful.They run away when they cannot handle. I would never travel with Deepam and would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service!!! Had booked a cab to airport.... They cancelled thrice and then didn't bother to fix it nor inform me. They didn't answer my calls for a very long time and later I had to make other arrangement for my travel in the last minute. Worst experience ever.

Horrible service!!!!! Clearly instructed them to send a cab with drivers who understand Hindi or English. They sent an elderly man who doesn’t understand anything excepting kannada. Not to mention the guy had an eyesight issue and was driving extremely slow. The second driver had an accident on the mysore road and he was filling his own pocket from the other driver and made my people wait for 4 hours in the cab outside the police station. When I called deepam they denied taking responsibility and said that we need to wait or ditch the car there and get us our own ride. No accountability whatsoever!!!! Please avoid.

Horrible experience. No accountability. Keep changing cabs, make you wait sometimes for an hour and then also cab does not come. Please never book it

Dont mistake to book a cab through Deepam .I didnot trust on bad reviews and booked a sedan through customer care but they are not a Professional team.
14 sep 2022 I booked sedan for 2 days outstation. When I about to sit in car noticed Taxi no is changed. Driver (pretending same driver which is mentioned in mail )told that car is broke down .I was traveling alone . Called customer care and informed immediately. After half and hour realised ph is not same which he called from the previous day . Driver told that ph is switched off. I got a doubt and ask his identity throgh his licence . Than i got to know he was a different person Got shocked .Calling Customer service and they told there is no problem I countinue in same cab without confirmation message. I stopped the car immediately. And I told withput getting confirmation mail I will not countinue journey .They were trying to escape . After 35 min finally got message . But the Driver was very unprofessional. No coursey. For 2 Days he never helped to come out for luggage . only sitting in car . Parking where ever he wants park the car 1.5 km far everytime ..In the night after parking the car he used it around 10 km . Please be careful about kms.He took long route which is 35 km bigger .Total 70 km extra . He did not stop for tea . While coming to Bangalore I have to stop in Jaynagar take 1 hour break and coutinue to back home before 10 pm .Else I need to pay 300 rs extra . As soon we entered in Bangalore he told I will go only 1 location in Bangalore . That was not written anywhere in rules . I booked for 2Days but Driver and Customer care teams are goon . Driver and Deepam company Gave threaning to send me police station if I will not pay full money . They drpped me in between unless Driver did not took full money he didnot open diggy . PLEASE BE CAREFUL . MY SUGGESTION DONT BOOK DEEPAM TAXI.NEVER

Even though I had booked a cab for airport via Deepam Cabs 2 days prior my travel for a specific time I had to drive to Airport
as the cab driver decided to cancel the trip and forgot to inform me.

When spoke to their helpline number the response was as my location is far the cab ride is cancelled.
I am fine with that as its their wish.
The problem is no one from the company bothered to inform me the customer.

I called the driver as it was near the scheduled pick up time the. I was made aware of this decision, 15mins before the pick🤣🤣🤣
Customer service top level I would say!!

More over I was told that I didnt update the location,
my question is why did you confirm my booking if the location was not proper over email.

AVOID THEM!! Deepam Taxi has proved to be a Big Nightmare for my 5 day family Tour of west Karnataka. It is very important that I share my experience here as nobody should book them in future! They are hopeless aggregators or call them as commission Agent. They just take the booking and pass it on to a third grade local Travel Agent. I booked an outstation taxi for 5 days for my family of 4 (incl two kids) from Bgl-mys-coorg-belur-kukke-bgl. The driver has arrived at bengaluru on day-1 with a Filthy unsanitized car, broken wind shield, overall I was afraid if it can drive thru the ghat section. When I questioned the Driver(who was looking like a goon & unhygenic), he started shouting at me and said take it or leave it and pay Rs3500. When I called Deepam Taxi, they simply didn't answer. I was on a very tight schedule, hence, we had no other option to look for in such a short time, hence continued with the same car. Our first stop was at yediyur temple. Where I lost my wallet in the Car, since the driver denied, I raised an FIR with the local PS. Later in the tour, the drive has made an accident on charmadi ghat, he got into a fight with the owner of the car whom he bumped into from the back!!! He was driving erratically with no sense! I didn't go into much details of what I have gone through with Driver & Deepam Taxi but it was a Nightmare for us!! AVOID THEM!!

Please don't ever think of booking a cab in this they are not here do a business or give a customer service they are here to give wrong commitment.. we have book a cab for kerala 2weeks before for 13th Aug till 12th evening they told that they will send us the cab details late night 11.30 called & they are telling that they don't have cabs & its canceled they don't know how to talk to people..

Worst experience. First they ll confirm booking with cheap rate and next day first driver will call and confirm that he is on the way. Later customer support would call and say cabs not available. Then another driver called he said I am coming and ask for location. Once you share location he would say it's too far and he can not afford. If you are running out of time and pick is at odd timing then they would negotiate and ask for more money. It's a fraud taxi service. Avoid to save your time, energy and money.

I Have been to Airport few times , Every time they have charged the same amount that they promised while booking . I do confirm that they are not fake and this is not a fake review given by their employees or their beloved ones .

One of the fraud company whose driver integrity cannot be trusted. I booked the cab on 19th June, first the cab booked was mini for which I got confirmation but no details during travel date. I had to follow-up continuously with them. After 45 mins standing in airport they send the cab. After the trip ended, I didn't had cash to pay so I tried paying him gpay 2-3 times due to heavy rain it was failing to transfer. However during 3rd time it was paid later I notice the 2 other transaction one was processing which also got paid. So it was paid twice accidentally. I called company and driver and narrated this story and now they are saying they didn't receive the amount. This was confirmed by receipant Bank manager that it was credit twice his account, which I showed as proof still they are saying same thing that it was not receive. Some people are so weird there is no honesty left in them, just want to stole others people money.

They just honour there booking. They cancel saying no cab is available. Take a case, we are coming from Delhi and booked a taxi at Banglore. After reaching it is we find our booking is canclled. Once I had booked a cab for 8 hours X80 Km. They gave good service. But after that 4 times thay have cancelled at last moment. Not relieable. Road side taxi driver is more reliable.

Worst cab service for out station their customer service is good they respond properly. Problem is their vendors will not check the vehicle and vendors have some drivers.Vendors are normally owners of vehicles they won't check they vehicle condition and give it for a trip and handover to driver without knowing driver has good knowledge or not. And these vehicle owners are very rude they don't respect their customer they use abusive words also in turn it you argue with them they threaten you. No doubt company doesn't know these things and their service to airport is good I don't have any problem with customer service but vehicle owners and drivers should learn how to treat people and give good vehicles to customer. Deepam guys should check the vehicles periodically. My weekend was waste because of these guys.

Worst ever cab service, I have booked the cab 4 days in advance. After sharing the ride details also they canceled the cab, the driver is saying it's canceled from Deepam cabs side.

They are really fraudsters. I booked innova crysta for 30th april today. Got confirmation. I further reconfirmed on phone. They said I will get driver details 2 hr prior to departure. When I landed in airport i saw there is no message or driver. I called up them. Says there is no car available. What for they confirmed the booking? They are fraudulent travels. I am really surprised to view the review of people and see that they are habitual in cheating passengers. Nobody should book with them. Anyway I managed innova from others. Such travels be banned by authorities and raid their shop if they have license to run the travels. I am writing to mi sorry of tourism to see their identity. Their website is an attractive and luring one. Noo e should get into them and book through them. Fraudsters will be caught today or tomorrow. Raju George

One of the fake travels in Bangalore. This is the 2nd time they have screwed up my booking. They take the bookings but cabs don't turn up and customers end up waiting. At the end they give some weird reason and don't own any responsibility for the booking customers do it through them. Also no one owns any responsibility for speaking to the customers and if they pick they are rude and use all kind of languages which actually makes us feel as though they have lost something. Don't trust and book them as they are real fakeeee. I will definitely take it up with the transport dept as I have faced issues booking their vehicle. At the end I was made to wait with the booking with no response from thier end and I had all Sr citizens with me booked for travel which I had very clearly informed them at the time of booking.
Overall it's a Fake travels...

They are frauds. While boking the cab they will commit some different rate & while completion of the journey they will change & increase the rates. If you want to discuss the same with them they will behave like goons.
I strongly suggest not to use Deepam Taxi services.

Very good cab company. I always use them for airport pick up and drops. Eve for late night punctual staff and always arrive early. Using them since last one year. They're cheaper than uber Ola

This is a fake company. I booked airport cab and driver details were sent but no driver arrived on time instead keep on giving excuses that he will come in 10 mins and ultimately he canceled the ride .

Had a horrible ride today back from the airport. Driver didn't bother to stop the cab for elderly father for over 40 mins. to urinate despite repeated requests. Entire 2+ hours didn't switch on the AC during scorching afternoon heat. Will never dare to use their service ever again
