All that, while never compromising on service or experience. Homed in Whitley Bay, near Newcastle-Upon-Tyne our team services the North-Easts thriving Scuba Diving and Watersports community while offering the same enthusiasm and technical knowledge to our customers online and worldwide. Not only do we supply diving equipment and services but we provide dive and swimming training in our Eco Friendly Pool.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. Had issues with Apeks items not arriving in store (not deep blue dive fault) but they answered emails promptly and sorted issue quickly. All other items delivered quickly.

Great product.

Took a while to get the product due to Deep Blue Dive not getting their supplies. Always answered my emails and because of how long it took they upgraded my product so that I could finally receive it. Pressie for my brother and he says the fins, snorkel and mask are great.

Waterproof low cut boots

Waterproof as you would expect is Brilliant quality, the low cut boots for use with my fins fit perfectly. And the service from deep blue was excellent and with next day dispatch I didn't wait long at all 👍👍👍👍 well chuffed with everything thank you DB

Fast and friendly service.
The wetsuit I ordered turned out to be unavailable, but they substituted it with another of better quality (and higher price) at no additional cost.
It arrived next day.

Great care and service

I placed the order at the end of December, and whilst it took a few weeks longer than expected for delivery the team were always friendly and professional when I spoke to them. The issues were with items coming from overseas, so not within their control.

Everything was well packaged and all arrived safely and intact.
