My supplements came within a day, exactly what I expected, no hidden surprises absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Online shopping as it should be. Placed an order after 3pm for delivery in three days. The order arrived the following morning with a free gift and I received automatic tracking updates along the way. Will definitely use them again, a lot of other companies could learn a lot from these guys!

I found Deep Blue as the result of a Google search. I was searching for SIS Rego for my club, and found they were the cheapest for large quantities. The delivery was free for orders the size I was making, and the package, icluding free gifts, arrived within 2 working days.

Products always up to standards and they deliver exactly when they promise will continue to use deep blue for my supplements

Ordered a couple of items last week, and they were delivered the next day by 11am. I received tracking emails which were a great benefit, and also an estimated time of arrival. Great communication. Brilliant company, definitely will be buying more products ASAP.

What surprised me was the speed of service and the continual updates on the arrival of the product which helped as I am not always at home. It came on time just as they said. From the moment i clicked on there well laid out website, i have had a excellent service. Ordered what i wanted, (which was cheaper then any where else) got a email confirmation straight away and then another email letting me know that my goods had been dispatched, which i got the next day. My order was one box sort! I rang the C/S after alittle running around I got through. They posted one out straight away the next day! :)

I was very impressed with the wide selection of products that was available and therefore decided to make a number of different purchases I was further encouraged to do this after discovering it was free postage and packaging on orders over £30. I was therefore very disappointed to find that when I got to the check out I was charged for shipping, this consequently led to me having to cancel a part of my order, much to my disappointment.

I hope that this feedback helps and wondered whether the question of why this charge occured when it clearly stated free postage in the UK for orders over £30.

Tried 3 times ordering on the net would not work so back to basics and phoned the order thru answered straight away and took my order had conformation within mintues and on day of delivery had what time it was being delivered
