Great service here! Quality press, smooth communication! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended pressing plant in the EU+++
I decided to produce a vinyl record for music that is very dear to me with Deepgrooves.
The record is called "Legacy Piano Originals" by "Iertje".
Firstly I chose Deepgrooves because it matches the eco-friendly view of the artist & composer.
And I am happy to say this was a very good choice.
Deepgrooves really delivers and I am extremely happy with the result!
The audio quality (I mastered the record via Deepgrooves) and the cover-art quality came out beautifully!! Thank you ALL at Deepgrooves so much!
The Deepgrooves team was also very nice to work with. They thougth along with me, answered rapidly and the instructions on how to deliver all content was very clearly explained.
All questions could be asked and as customer you are treated with respect, quality answers and effort from the Deepgrooves team.
Thank you again Deepgrooves, much love!!
Cheers, Kevin
In case you are wondering. This company has yet to refund the nearly 2000€ that I sent them in 2024. They scam independent artists and have been doing so for ages. Don't ever do business with them. They never sent the vinyls and when I reached out to get my money back they told me I could pay more to get them delivered.
They say they're under new operation, that the old management went bankrupt, but we all know that's a lie. I have no idea how these people are still in business.
Very happy with the Deepgrooves! The communication was good and they responded really fast to my emails! I have received the vinyls a few days ago! They sent them to me in time! The sound is really good and they look great!
Thank you Deepgrooves!
After being duped last year by the former owners, who declared bankruptcy two weeks after we fully paid our order, the new owners made us an offer to still make our order. Even taking the money we already lost into account, their offer was more than reasonable. Because their offer also included the option to pay after pressing and before delivery, we took the plunge.
That paid off! After we agreed, communication starting going smooth. Even though they promised nothing, they went above and beyond to deliver a part of our order in time for our release show, which really saved the day. The rest of our order came shortly after, while they still hadn't asked us to pay yet, which they only did about a week after delivering everything.
There were no surprises, no extra charges or anything. The order was made exactly as we planned originally and in good quality. They really went above and beyond for a small band like us. After what we went through with their former management last year, it was incredible how they took care of us.
In the meantime, I have been able to bring my order to a very pleasant conclusion with the people who took over the company. They were very quick in communication, made me a very interesting proposal and the finished product is perfect down to the last detail! Everything from the artwork to the sound quality and packaging! Thanks in advance guys, I look forward to working with you always in the future!

Credible Music BV acquired the assets and the name of Deepgrooves (equipment, customers, open orders), and restarted 1st December 2024 with a core, highly motivated team and two new owners: Arnoud Aalbersberg and Jan 't Hoen. Both seasoned serial entrepreneurs and music lovers. Look them up online. For all open orders solutions have been sent out in December 2024. The majority of 258 customers decided to finalize their orders with Deepgrooves. Focus is on pressing high quality, as green 🌱 as possible vinyl for labels, artists, bands, DJ's and producers.
They went bankrupt. But my order was already overdue, they hadn't even started it. now I'm 5000€ out of pocket and have no product...
As of October 22, the company has declared bankruptcy and has not returned the payments to their clients, who have not received the products they paid for.
I am sad I have to write this review, but I feel obligated to help other musicians from making the same mistake, me and my made. A year ago I let Deepgrooves press my LPs and when the test pressings arrived, they were warped - nevertheless the communication was great and they fixed the issue, so that the final product sounds and looks great. Based on that experience another of my bands decided to produce our new album (LP and CD) with Deepgrooves at the beginning of august. We were told, that the CDs would talk 6-8 weeks – but they haven't been delivered yet ... I have tried to contact the company and got very disappointing answers, avoiding my questions for an estimate of the CD delivery, saying they are nearly finished (this was more than two weeks ago). Since we need the CDs for promotion we are now pressing them again with another pressing plant and hoping for a refund for the CDs... Maybe some day our vinyl will be there but my feeling says, that something is wrong with the company and we have lost our money...
Unfortunately, my experience with Deepgrooves has been extremely disappointing. The initial delivery estimate was 8-12 weeks, which was crucial for me due to the release of my EP. After four weeks, I reached out to confirm the delivery timeline, and I was reassured that everything would be on track.
However, 10 weeks later, I started getting nervous and contacted them again, only to be told that they wouldn’t make the original deadline, but that I would be prioritized. In the end, I didn’t receive the test pressing until after 14 weeks, and it took a staggering 23 weeks from placing the order until I could finally pick up the vinyl.
As a result, we couldn’t sell any vinyl during our entire tour, which was incredibly frustrating. When I reached out to Deepgrooves to discuss compensation, the only thing they offered was a discount on my next order. Quite ironic, given the circumstances.
All in all, this was a very frustrating experience, with poor communication. The "solution" offered was far from adequate.
A waste of time and energy, the turnaround time of 12 to 16 weeks advertised on the website is a lie, they are clearly uncapable of meeting any deadline or even communicating about delays. It has been 8 months now. Impossible to get my money back because they will charge me for the work they haven't done in the past 8 months. I guess the 'green touch' is also a lie, because it is optional in the ordering process and comes with an extra cost.
Zero communication after the records were not delivered after the given deadline, took me weeks and weeks of emailing with no replies, only to get one after I asked for the money back.
Kept getting email ads about their 6 week delivery, while another release was already late a couple of weeks
Absolutely disrespectful, never heard of a good experience from other people I know that worked with them.
We've been waiting 25 weeks now for our vinyl,
We have had no news or reply regarding a delivery date. We are losing money every day because of the delay and the artists' communication is being damaged by this unprofessional attitude!
Their advertised or stated production times are a scam. We were told 8-12 weeks for the finished pressing. We've waited a whopping 11 and 12 weeks (ordered two pressings at the same time) just for the tests abd were the told it'll be another 6-8 weeks for the final product. Meanwhile they try to sell you a fast lane service for a 50% surcharge. Seriously? Recommendation: for the same turn around times you
a) pay less
b) get real service
c) get no bullship answers
If you press at Record Industry in NL. We really regret having tried it with Deepgrooves. Unfortunately having paid everything upfront there's no hope to bail out of the deal. We won't even try, we don't wanna tax our nerves any further...
I'm really satisfied with Deepgrooves and their friendly and helpful staff. I've been pressing my records there for three years.
It is unfortunate that I have to write this. The product itself is fine. Actually better than that... however the experience was a nightmare. I was told 6-8 weeks and it was over 4 months. They lost my artwork, then additional shipping costs... everything had to be paid up front... they shipped without the seal bags that I paid for, then sent the wrong size bags... from start to finish the service was a disaster, I will NEVER use this company again. Once again I say, It is a shame cos the actual product was very good. Terrible service.
