SCAM have been a customer for a year…

SCAM have been a customer for a year and a half they refuse to cancel my service. They keep giving me the run around. Going to the attorney general and BBB. BUYERS BEWARE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK

Beware: Deep Sentinel is a Scam – Unreliable System, Unethical Practices, and Horrible Customer Support

I am outraged by my experience with Deep Sentinel and feel an urgent need to expose this company for the scam artists they truly are. This is, without a doubt, the most horrendous security system provider I have ever dealt with. Their system is a complete joke, going offline almost daily and leaving my home utterly unprotected. Instead of rectifying these catastrophic failures, they had the audacity to charge me three times, displaying an astonishing level of greed and dishonesty.

Their so-called security system is nothing but a piece of garbage. It fails consistently, leaving my home vulnerable and making me question why I ever trusted this abysmal service. Their customer support is a disgrace, embodying the worst kind of negligence and incompetence. They simply do not care about their customers or the serious issues with their service.

To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my service due to these relentless problems, they outright ignored my requests. I contacted them multiple times, and one of their representatives had the gall to promise me they would help me cancel. This was a blatant lie. Instead of cancelling, they continued to charge me three times same day. This isn't just poor service—it's outright theft. Deep Sentinel is stealing from its customers, plain and simple.

Their customer support is beyond appalling. They are dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly trained to ignore customer complaints while continuing to siphon money from our accounts. Their behavior is not just unprofessional; it's criminal. They show no intention of resolving any issues and seem entirely focused on exploiting their customers.

I am on the verge of legal action. If Deep Sentinel dares to charge me again for this pathetic excuse for a service, I will sue them. This company is a complete scam, and I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid them. Trusting Deep Sentinel with your home security is like inviting a thief into your house.

In conclusion, Deep Sentinel is a disgraceful company that operates on deceit and theft. Their system is unreliable, their customer support is a nightmare, and their business practices are nothing short of fraudulent. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible. This has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a service provider, and I hope this review saves others from falling into their trap.

REAL " SCAM DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY

Jan 27-2021, I ordered 3 cameras with Wi-Fi range, solar panel rechargeable . I paid a total of $795.53 from DEEP SENTINEL ( deepsentinel.com - Address: 1249 Quarry Lane, Pleasanton, CA 94566 )
When I bought these cameras, I didn't see them come with a one-year surveillance contract or starting 30 days from the date of purchase. If I saw that, I would never buy these cameras.
Because my home computers , my cell phone, is always seriously hacked. Hackers control my home computers . I have tried many times to stop the hackers but I couldn't . After I bought them , this company always emailed me asking about installing the camera system . I explained my family couldn't stop the hackers and refused many times . If installing a camera surveillance system , I must use a computer , my cell phone . I have to use a computer or cell phone to view the recorded camera . But Hackers take control of my home computers , my cell phone too . I didn't install the camera system . I have not signed a contract with this company . I have not seen DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY'S MONTHLY security Camera BILL . Because I never use them .
One day this company told me I owed this company money $1,200 . March 2022 the debt collector called me about my debt of $1,200 . I told the debt collector " My home computers , my cell phone too has always been severely hacked . Hackers control my home computers. I didn't even install the camera system for a day . I have not signed a contract with this company . I have not seen DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY'S MONTHLY security Camera BILL . Because I never use them .Why do I owe this company $1,200 ? "
I didn't want to owe them $1,200 any more . Before I sent my cameras back , I paid $795.53 . I MUST SIGN AND AGREE with DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY " my return camera system , Deep Sentinel will FORGIVE an outstanding balance of $1,200. Deep Sentinel shall accept from my returned product in lieu of further attempts to collect a debt ".
After I sent my cameras back , I asked them " My home computer has always been severely hacked . Hackers control my home computers, my cell phone too. I never use your security camera system. I didn't install them even for a day . I have not signed a contract with your company. I have not seen DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY'S MONTHLY security camera BILL . why do I debt your company $1,200 " .
They emailed back " When you purchase a camera surveillance system it comes with a one year monitoring contract that starts 30 days from the date of purchase "
I told them " Please don't lie to me . When I bought these cameras, I didn't see them come with a one-year surveillance contract or starting 30 days from the date of purchase. If I saw that, I would never buy these cameras " Then they didn't respond back to me .

Money hungry capitalist company. Stay away!

So i got this unit back in 2019. I was injured to install this and was laid out with 4 herniated discs. then 2020 comes around and lockdown. Job lost. late 2021 got a job. i told the rep i couldnt install due to my injury. Then later i told them about the hardship i came across and they told be I will NOT be billed till i get back on my feet. Today 2022 i get a collections letter. I sent them an email explaining this and told me i agreed to a year plan when i purchased. So again i told them the above and wanted to soon. this was till they sent me to collections. Now i get an email stating "this message did not get forwarded to Customer Care, so we were unaware of this conversation and promise."

really? so your fault and i get sent to collections? im currently in the middle of a refi, to get my payment lower due to HARDSHIP!, and how long it takes someone to get something removed?

I will NEVER do business with companies like this. Poster child for capitalism at its best.
