Absolutely dishonest and shady practice. After two crowns they placed failed in just 14 months, they lied to my face saying that they had recommended against crowns, when in fact the dentist had refused to do implants. My current dentist -- whom insurance won't cover, since those two crowns were so recent -- says it was remarkably poor work. Define Dental chooses to lie rather than accept responsibility.
Excellent service and professionalism. The staff are very polite. The dentists are very thorough, gentle and caring when performing procedures. I don’t mind going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Define Dental.😁
