Very disappointing experience – I cannot recommend them

Review:

I had a very disappointing experience with Dehlsen & Sønner VVS .

Before their first visit, I still had hot water. After they worked on my heating system, the hot water stopped completely. They came again, but the issue was still not fixed.

Instead, they told me that “the heating system already had a problem before, and now the problem has come out, so they cannot do anything.”

Even though nothing was repaired, I received a bill for around 4152 kr.
I emailed them asking for a more reasonable bill since the problem was not solved, but they refused to reduce even 1 kr.

This was my personal experience, and based on the way my case was handled, I cannot recommend their services.

Vi kan ikke finde kunden, og har spurgt på yderligere oplysninger. Dette har vi ikke modtaget, og derfor bør anmeldelsen slettes.
Vi ønsker altid at indgå i dialog, og som regel er der 2 sider af sagen. Her har jeg dog ikke mulighed for at svare, når ikke jeg kan se hvilken kunde det drejer sig om.

Unhappy Customer

In spite of telling the plumbers that I will send them an email with which tap I want in the kitchen, they send me an invoice of 900 for 5 min of work... (which includes additional service charges which I do not know what they are since they did not change anything only stood in my house for 5 min...) I am not calling this company to fix things in my house again

Vi bliver tilkaldt til dig den 22/6-2017, da du har et utæt afløb ved køkkenvasken.
Montøren kommer ud til dig, og konstaterer at dit blandingsbatteri i køkkenet er utæt, og du vil gerne have et nyt.

Aftalen er at du skal sende os en mail med hvilket armatur det skal være, men du skulle også lige tale med konen først.

Efter 6 dage har vi ikke hørt fra dig, og sender derfor en faktura, på transporttid arbejdstid (GPS siger vi har været hos dig i 19 min)

Jeg beklager hvis vi ikke har været tålmodige nok og ventet på din tilbagemelding, men du vil jo under alle omstændigheder skulle betale for den tid vi kommer ud til dig den 22.6..

Terrible service, maybe the worst company/people I never met !!

Terrible service, maybe the worst company/people I never met !!
I called for repairing my heating system. They come on Friday, have a very quick look, and they said they come again the following Monday to change a piece (by the way, another VVS company confirmed it was not at all necessary to change that piece…). I waited for them but the following Monday they did not come, and did not phoned, nothing ! I waited for them on Tuesday, on Wednesday.. nothing, they simply disappeared without phoning me. So of course I called another company. After 10 days, these guys again without phoning or communicating me nothing, they simply show up at my door, pretending to do the work…
At the end they charged me 750 dkk for doing absolutely nothing, and for watching (yes, that’s true, just watching !!!!) my heating system for 15 minutes (this is written in their report): So 750 dkk, for watching the system 15 minutes, for making a wrong analysis, and for cheating me and making fun of me… good price, what you think ???
People from this company are arrogant, rude, impolite, extremelly uncorrect and, above all, THIEVES !!!!!!
PLEASE, CUSTOMERS, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, EASIER FOR YOU TO INTERACT WITH AN ANIMAL !!!

I'm sorry for your experience, but it is not possible for me to find out what happen in the matter, since you dont write a name og an adresse. Remember it is possible that there are two sides to the case, but unfortunately you dont give us the upportunity in your angry replay to look you up in our system.
