I received the order confirmation, but no delivery info. My package was never delivered and I am waiting for my refund for 2 weeks already. It feels like my order was completely ignored. Customer support told me they would contact me, but it has been another week and no luck
I bought a rare plant - Albizia julibrizzin - 'Summer Chocolate' last year, paid €59,95 - but when i got home it started setting green and not brown leaves.
Did contact customer service - *it is normal' they said... yearh right... but ok - gave it a chance - this year - only green leaves - so they have been watering with colour to make it look as 'Summer Chocolate' (the ordinary Albizia can be bought for 5-10€)
Uhh they're sooo sorry - and are happy to offer a gift card for €20 for my troubles.... no thanks - i want my money back!
as I ever would go all the way to Germany to buy anything from them again!!!!
