So so sad! I ordered Nanuschka glasses i i wanted for a long time. The package was fine. But a week after wearing them, one leg fell apart because od screws that were damaged (perhaps during production in the factory). I then contacted them and friendly asked for a possibility to return then for a new pair, twice. Twice got a rude answer without even listening to the story. Instead thought i was blaming them for the packaging which i repeatedly told them that wasnt the issuea and after got ignored. I then tried to fix the glasses myself with glue which then damaged the colour of the white frame and now are ruined! A total waste of 250€ on glasses i couldnt enjoy….

Great quality products! In addition, Customer service was amazing, the owner was very kind and helpful.
The clothes that I ordered came packaged beautifully. As soon as I opened the parcel, I could instantly feel how great the quality of the fabric was. 10/10 would definitely buy from here again.
