My figure came without any damage and the shipping was pretty fast (my postal service took forever to ship it to me, but the figure came in my country after around 1 week and a few days, I live in the Balkans). Very trustworthy, and their prices are great!

Quick shipping and overall excellent customer experience

Authentic products at very reasonable prices. They can take a bit to hand the order over the delivery service but once it's handed over delivery is pretty quick and all my packages thus far have arrived in good condition with no damage.

Their prices have been amongst some of the cheapest I’ve found, replies to enquiries have been informative and polite and the two orders that I’ve placed through the website have arrived quickly and safely.

The packaging has been thorough and neat. They provide a double-walled cardboard shipping box and pack all sides with protective sheets of packing paper. This method holds the items firmly in place but does not transfer any accidental external knocks to the product during transit. Consequently all of my product boxes have arrived in immaculate condition with no bumps or creases.

As a long suffering parent of an anime obsessed daughter I’m very pleased and relieved to have come across Dekai Anime because I no longer have to spend hours sourcing stuff or sit biting my nails wondering if my expensive purchase is going to arrive from Japan in one piece.

So helpful staff, genuine products, good prices, extensive catalogue, smooth website, excellent packaging and free postage over a certain amount. What’s not to like? definitely recommended.
