it would seem they've gone out of business because the website is not operational. Like the two previous comments, Mine worked fine for as long as it did then the transformer went dead, and I can't contact the company. :-(
Bought just over a year ago. Set up was easy and battery life was good. It seemed to pick up most activity going up and down my drive and ignored things like cats and dogs. Then a couple of weeks out of the 12 months warranty the camera started beeping (loudly at around midnight) and the app showed an error message. Tried a reset and the camera wouldn't restart. Then I realised there was moisture inside the supposedly waterproof camera!! I can only assume this found its way in through the seventeen small holes in front of the loudspeaker. Dried the camera out for several days on a radiator but it's dead. Contacted customer support but more than a week has gone by and I've not heard anything.
I'll buy another security camera but based on cistomer service it won't be another Dekco.
Bought this wi fi self charging cctv a while ago. Fitted as per intructions. Their app would not work so had to use cloud. After a couple of days of being fitted, the PIR stopped working. The quality of images is not great. The company refused help without my receipt (which i have lost). Overall I am unhappy with the product and the company.
