Bad customer service - Update
Update:
Delfin customer service contacted us and sent new pillow case at same day.
Appricate their help.
We bought a Tempur pillow on mid of Jun.
And it has a dirty spot on one of side of the pillow.
I sent mail to claim a replacement but they called my husband to provide more photos. I e-mail more photos on 25 or 26 Jun. Until now, we did not get any feedback from them. It is really not a good customer service.
